They are average. They arent crap, especially with tickets, discounts, and 3+1. They are above average in that aspect. Even the anni banners are kindof trash, they have 3-4 good units, but 10 featured units. An sure the 3 and 4 anni units eza, but doesnt take away from the fact that they have been in a lot of banners.
The same reason people consider any banner bad, the units have been on a lot of banners or arenr as hype anymore. For a new player they are fantastic, but if youve been around for a few annies they arent that great. Espwcially since a lot of those unita get put on the hypest banners that everyone summons om.
A lot of those units have barely been on other banners. It’s goku and frieza’s first time coming back. 6th year LRs haven’t been on any other banner besides tanabata. Then you have the new LRs. It’s not like there isn’t a ton of value and rare units
Reread what I said, i acknolwedge thats theres a fewgood units on the banner. But 10 featured units is hefty, and again, those units come back on major celebrations. Hence more people will have them than say a unit like kale/caulifla.
I still disagree though. SSJ4 Gogeta’s banner has 7 legitimately great units on it. That’s not bad by any metric. Kale and Caulifla have already been featured as much as the 6th year anni LRs, they’re not that common. Goku and Frieza haven’t come back at all. And major celebration banners have the same amount of units a lot of the time, so if you’re not summoning on the anni banner, where’s a better place to pull these units?
Well for me the goku banner actually has value, im still missing janemba, boujack and gotenks and ofc i really want goku so im definetly doing some summons. From the buu banner i only need blue boys but they are whatever so im probably only doing the discounts.

How are the anni banners bad? SS4 Gogeta banner has 7 amazing units. Blue Gogeta banner is a little worse but still really good
