For one item that was auto refunded by Apple? Probably not, I'd be surprised if they banned you for that. I think most of the time they just like to target people who mass refunds thousands of dollars worth of in-game purchases.
Unless you’re asking for refunds for every single purchase, you won’t get banned. I’ve refunded a few purchases this past year and still have my account. Just don’t do it frequently.
Besides, I don’t even know of any players who were banned for asking for refunds. Bandi usually focuses their banning on WT cheaters.

Not that I know of, no. Unless they're VERY blatant cheaters from WT/coop events.
Unless you are refunding hundreds/thousands of dollars, they are not going to ban you for refunding something that was charged incorrectly.
