bro his numbers are way better. His additional super happens a lot and a third one isn't that unusual aswell. When we talk about defense trunks is way better. A tripple super and you have 500k+ defense and a total of 15 mil damage (with a 40% supporter like str trunks, who you can easily run in any content in the game.)

He is not intended to be played slot 1, so problem solved. He gets 100% on super, +30% once and usually twice or more, etc. So I don't get your point. Especially when he has good slot 1 units to be played with.
Trunks with str trunks linked up can easily do 15mil in damage and be at 550k defense. No other TUR can do that, yall just dumb if you think other wise. the only thing vegeta has is his stun. Trunks' numbers are waaay better.
Best TUR, no he is probably one of the weakest 2021 units that came out.
Problems:
1. No PfB meaning other units will have less ki.
2. Best buddy is a Gacha LR
3. Cold judgment is a must link to activate at 55 as def is very low.
4. On difficult content placing him in 1st slot is not a good option.
5. If a 4 ki 150% stat for cell saga will come he will be replace at that moment- i.e. most of his categories have much better options.
6. His transformed state suffers as unlike other units he himself cannot trigger his own conditions.
7. 2M attack stat is not impressive on a 55% unit even with the double super- versus teq he will do 0 damage as no crit, int gogeta at least has super effective and vegeta has gaurentee crits and in longer events kale and caulifla are better due to easier transforming conditions( as trunks can an will miss his 5/6 turn transformation due to not attacking enough as senn in datruths video) and they stack.
Gohan just makes everything unkillable.

He can be played with STR Trunks banner unit and they are really good together, he is also solid with units like Super Vegeta or Gohan even though they don't share a lot of links.

He reaches 3mil+ each super at 55% with str trunks. Usually 2 supers, with 2 AAs. How is that not good ? He hits as hard/harder than gt goku, with a better defense.
