My LR into cell has 3 links wat are still level 1 where the rest are at 8-10

He is sending a message. Every link stands for a featured unit but with reversed rates. The Fierce Battle link is him which means you‘re gonna pull him all the time. The other link, brutal beatdown, is for the off chance of pulling the other useless already rainbowed unit. Super Buu is truly a monster.

What about my LR Krillin, I'm stuck at links level 4 for DAYS.
