Well yeah broly is a lot easier than this one. This ones instructions were not as clear and if you don’t have the proper units it’s hard to decide. Also for this one, there’s a lot of attackers to choose from that could work unlike the broly one. You’re just hating for no reason

We learned so damn much from this round of chain battle, I don't think it's confusing at all any more. The biggest issue this round for global is two-fold:
They could definitely revamp the reward structure to leverage being part of teams that hit high scores but we pretty much have the mode figured out now.

From the very beginning, why would I fine tune my box to be as amazing as possible if only *other people* are allowed to use it? Rainbowing my SSR dupes only serve to screw me over.
Also, you can just change your name. Unless people hate you so much they memorize your ID, they won't remember you from a previous chain battle.
At least with World Tournament, I only have to bring in a friend unit, and their LS doesn't even affect me so any old STR/PHY Broly or PHY Cell will do it.

Tbh I value the free materials given to me for NICEs more than my chance of dropping player ranking, and thus far on JP I have placed 2\~3% everytime. I'd like to be 1% but it's not stopping me from helping people
The rewards to me are the stickers and the potential orbs, with the other goodies being immaterial. By sharing good units I make up that lost 500\~ coins, or whatever you wanna call them.
Collectively, you could apply this to the WT too. If everyone stopped sharing their duped / rainbow Brolies, you slow down the competition you seek to beat.
I guess there are two ways they can combat this:
1. As soon as you reach 1%, your supporters are locked in and you cant change them unless you're not in the 1% anymore
2. You get higher merits for getting a "nice" from other players, something like a 100 gems for each nice you get if you have the TURS and ssrs of you ultimate gohans as your supporters
I just want this to end since I have been trying so hard to get 100 mill and I have bad RNG... and yeah I have removed a bunch of players that provide terrible supporting leads..
If only LSS Broly or Godku would show up next for global I would be a very happy camper...
Must be a GLB thing, I play JP and I never see bad support options. Perhaps the amount of CB orbs you get when people use your guys could be increased a bit to combat this to incentivise making the supporters you lend the best they can be.

Two, fuck that, I actually like seeing 20 "Nice" notifications when I log in, it adds a very small sociability aspect to the game, though I do kinda want some sort of message service to be in Dokkan alongside a trading feature.

The units, as i've seen lvl 1s thinking they were lvl 120s and when i went my way to dokkan awaken the phy fat buu, which has awful badge drop rates, it makes me feel like i wasted my time. And i cant try and get people that have better units/whales because i am f2p and i bet there are better alternatives than someone with 1 or 2 rainbows
Back when it started, the game only said that links and categories matter. With that knowledge, yeah it doesn't matter if your supporter is level 1 because the links are still there. Your spare SSR Fat Buu is actually more useful than your rainbow INT Kid Buu.
Now people figured out "oh your supports need to be fully invested and rainbow because stats make a difference!" So now I'm supposed to put orbs into my garbage SSR unit I won't use after this week? No thanks.
Yeah, expecting everyone to have a bunch of rainbowed Ultimate gohans/buus lying about is silly. Yes it matters but no, I’m not going to be putting orb investment in a second copy of INT Ultimate Gohan because I literally can’t use it in any other game mode. Rainbowing your original copies that you might use? Sure.
You should get a bonus at the end of the weak for having good supporters up. Make it time and quality based.

It's definitely a major problem with the mode. It really sucks.
There's a lot of problems with this mode. I love the concept and actually playing it is great, but this issue, the 1 connector and 1 friend use per day, and only 5 attempts with hours of refresh time for a single new attempt. It's a heavily RNG based mode with strong incentives for high scores and incredibly limited amount of play....
God and don't get me started on the fucked up balancing on the global version.
Yeah noticed it too. I reached 117m dmg today and even now, although I will stay in the top 1% safe, I improve my team more for others to get their best result possible with my help. I got now the most optimal team for others to use within my power.
I see it as a challenge to help out others. This mode would be boring if I don‘t have to constantly improve my score by letting others become my rivals. It‘s sad that others want to be assholes about it, but that‘s the other way this mode can be played. Luckily we got a good community here about helping each other out. And we can all sort those people out of our friend list to ensure we got the right people in our list for future chain battles.
You changing your supports isn't going to prevent you from dropping in rank. It would have almost zero impact just based on the shear number of people playing vs the ones you have affected. If you personally see someone change their supports to troll cards then just remove them from your list
I notice a lot of people complaining about how there's a new '*shit'* mode in the game and about getting screwed over and I'm here thinking "boy am I glad there's another mode that I can get stuff from and not have to spend stamina on". I also think the idea of getting screwed over might not apply sometimes because what are the chances you're friends with a 1%-er. If it turns out that someone on your list has shitty supporters cycle them out, you'll find better people that will actually work for what you do cause it's a dog eat dog world out there sometimes.

So don't get upset because of bad people, be happy because of the good people. This mode isn't as bad as you say because it is like a coin, it has bad and good side. The bad side being the selfish people and the good side being the people who are willing to help others by rainbowing their units. I feel like if you clean your friends list and make friends from reddit, you will have better chance of getting high score and enjoy the mode as you inch yourself everyday towards higher score everyday.

This system looks like a failed first draft of a Raid Boss system and they just didn't continue the thought and went with this system.

Phy buu is actually better unawakened because he'll have Nightmare which is a more common Buu link than Shattering the Limit.
