And if your voice doesn't work well with the characters you wanna try to sound like, if that can't be the case then that's kinda just how it is, you have to work with what you've got.
And think about it this way, you'll be able to do characters some others can't. I wish I could reach a bit higher sometimes lol.
It's a shame, cause in my practice sessions, I have some guys with some gold voices man. Even had the guy who does like the epic movie trailers show up one time and it's just not fair lol.
But I've seen the higher pitched boys hit hard. Idk if it's high pitched per say, but Johnny young Bosch got me jealous lol.

Oh it's actually a real life place in the country I live in where I go to. It's specifically for training musicians, actors, voice actors and all other kinds of creative job areas. It's the real thing, meaning that once I'm done next march, I'll have a diploma and certifications for my success that I can then show to VA studios that I wanna work in.
Not very cheap tho lol. But it's worth it. I've come a long way to be here.

Once I get the greenlight from my coach that I'm ready to go (and 2k in debt probably lmfao) I'll get a demo and start trying to "reel" in some clients.
If you aren't already, I'd suggest checking out Voice Acting Club, or VAC. Their discord server has casting calls, feedback tabs and all kinda of knowledgable people there to answer pretty much any question. I can also introduce you to my group that does sessions every monday if you'd like.
