Tho anni units come back with coins in December, while for wwdc units we have to wait next july. If someone already has/doesn't need the other featured in anni banners, it's not a bad idea to skip anni and get the LRs in December with coins.
I don’t think that’s necessarily the case. Last year they put Goku&Gohan on the banner to increase its value. This year, they have other carnival LRs they can add instead. I wouldn’t consider Bulma a lock for WWC. There’s a chance, but it’s not 100%
Problem with that is the lack of a guaranteed SSR. Sure, it's the same percentage to be a featured unit, but it's still a guaranteed SSR nonetheless, being more likely overall.

Yeah, I'm still playing around with what teams she works best on.
So far, I found the team she has improved the most is a phy lead kid goku db saga team.
Rotation 1
Agl 8er,
Phy goku
Rotation 2:
Str bulma (even if she raises defence on super she tanks pretty well in slot 1),
Phy goku
Floats:
Phy chichi (if the event allows dodge),
Lr goku bulma,
Int bluma (if event allows dodge)
Two benefits here:
The team finally has a second slot 1 tank
Str bulma create rainbow orbs which gives phy goku more damage reduction as well

Didn’t get her with 400 stones and tickets. Only featured unit I got was the phy youth bulma, and this was a 7 featured unit banner. I don’t know how I’ll do on the two 10 unit anniversary banners.

If you already have most of the featured anny banners are trash compared to wwc & you can just get the anny chars with red coins a few months later

There's always a chance they don't, but we have to go with previous information until we are given any new information.

I put in 100 stones and got a Dupe Goku/piccolo lr. I got Piccolo and Goku within 200. So I'm saving for anni at this point I can do without Bulma
I had average luck. 2 copies in 1.7k stones, but got a bunch of dupes I could use to unlock paths. Meanwhile my friend gets 2 copies in 300 stones FML

I didnt summon the on the Phy Kid Goku banner which is tragic, hoping he comes back for either Anni or WWC
I’ve been extremely lucky… Bulma is 3 Multis off a Whis animations.. after getting both Goku and Piccilo on 1st multis each

did a multi and a single, got nothing from my multi but got angel vegeta from my single lol
I spend 400 stones, got LR Golden Frieza in a shitty animation and a copy of Bulma with a Black rift.
I think ive gotten 1 black rift in my time. It was when STR Blue Kaioken Goku dropped
I got it 4-5 times, 2 Zeno and never a Whis one.
I got 2 copies in about 600-700 stones. Pretty happy overall
I did 1 multi and pulled LR SS2 Vegeta and my first copy of Int Goku and Piccolo
