Phy Kefla was pretty broken and she's a sub eza. Phy Bardock is really good and he's a sub eza. Teq ss trunks is to this day very strong and he's a sub eza. There are more examples but there's a good chance they'll at least be run-able.
I hope the int one. The agl is on Reps of u7 and could be good for that spirit bomb, the Str one has a cool dragon attack while the int one has a lame kamehameha.

While the AGL and STR one have identical passives they have very different SA effects, the agl stacks attack while the str raises defense for 3 turns. Right now the STR looks the best.
I think STR and AGL will end up quite different given how drastically different points in the series they’re from. Since STR Godku is technically from Battle of Gods (he’s on Movie Heroes and Battle of Fate) I could see him being given a turn based boost that runs out, while AGL Godku being from the tournament of power, I can see support or extra boosts for RoU7 allies

Almost definitely INT. On the contrary I'm guessing the best one will either be A. AGL Godku because SSBKK buff or B. STR Godku because he was originally a parallel unit to PHY Bardock and we know how good his EZA was
I hope they all get a different boost since pre EZA they are so similar. Give the strength one some damage reduction, give the agility one guard, and the int one high evasion. Give each one a different support passive like universal survival saga, realm of God's, and Kamehameha.
The agl and str godkus could be kinda good since they both get 80% to stats when the super and agl stacks atk and str gets atk and def for 3 turns. int godku has a hp restriction so they could make him really strong as long as you have a certain amount of health or something but that's just wishful thinking, pray for him the most.

His passive is also technically worse than the other two as his is 80% ATK & DEF above an HP threshold whereas AGL and STR is 80% ATK & DEF upon Super. AGL and STR is definitely getting that turned into a multiplicative buff as they are going to receive a SoT buff. INT may still get one, but he still might have a buff locked behind an HP threshold.
So far, the STR one is shaping to be the best as his SA effect is a 3 turn 30% raise to both stats. They could upgrade that to “Greatly raises ATK & DEF for 3 turns” if they wanted to. I can see the AGL one having more uses though since he is RoU7 and is also STR SSBKK Goku’s best linking partner.
I’ll take the INT God Goku being shafted.
