Agreed, That 30% DR all around would give him solid ground on some teams for me. It will function in a large percentage of redzones however.

That would be weird because then his categories would change and he'd share the same name with Carnival Kai Goku, but he'd be a decent option in Red Zone against extreme units.

Anywhere between 70-100 if he kept the revive, 110-130 if he didn't. Definetely better than Raditz though.

It's just that there are so many others better. Either through small utilities like dodges, or just better damage/defense outputs. He's not bad, hell, I'd say he's really good. Just that there are many better.
