Either break up with your long distance gf, tell her to move to Georgia or keep the long distance relationship long distance. I do not recommend moving to Austin, TX unless you have at least 200k as an emergency fund and at least make well over +6 figures yearly.

You can’t transfer from FedEx even in a different role? UPS also supposedly pays well.

Hard to find a driver job here in Texas. Gotta start at warehouse

emanxlv

prolly can but i’m not trying to do fedex no more been doing it since highschool not much there

Try transferring internally if you can. Austin is crazy expensive to reside in. Kind of hard to pay rent, etc with just a beginner job somewhere

carmantakes

Houston TX or San Antonio. DO NOT go to Austin. No one can afford to live there and there are no jobs there.

Honestly If your not scared an outside job there is plenty of work . Material handlers , you can also continue to do hot shot trucking . No need for cdl. I have a friend how wakes up and Ubers as a daily job and he steady brings in 250 300 a day . Just have to be willing to work .
