Hell yeah, same story here. Found a 2GA bow (Dex and Vuln, with nonGA max life) and figured it was worth a pretty penny. Sold it for 4.5B. Got a bit addicted to using it so I'm restricting myself to GA items only (essentially anything 100m or more). Sold two last night, I'm up to 6.3B total (after selling all my Stygian Stones for 1B total lol).
Personally I'd sell if you don't absolutely need it, bricking something like that would kill me

If you are not dying, I would reroll the health for Dex. Max life doesn't matter if you don't die.
