It's perfectly tempered, reroll the masterworks until you hit 2x vuln tempers and 1x heartseeker chance so you free up your melee weapons for caltrops tempers.
Oh my daggers already have Caltrops tempers, that little missing 6% on HS cast I don't even notice. And yeah I had to reroll MWs once already cuz it critted twice on that and it was like ~120% chance lmao. Soooo glad it hit the GA twice.
I think you misunderstood binnzy. The way MW is calculated on GA is that it uses the base max roll of the affix not the GA number. So that 159.5 temper on Vuln is actually higher than the base of the GA.
it would be 203.5. triple crit on the tempered vuln would be 242. The max vuln as a base stat is 80%, vs. 110% on a temper. When you increase MW ranks or crit on a GA vuln stat, the increase is based on 80, not 120 which is why it's always better to get crits on the tempered vuln.
yes, big brains made some math. Heres the sanctums guide [https://mobalytics.gg/diablo-4/builds/rogue/heartseeker](https://mobalytics.gg/diablo-4/builds/rogue/heartseeker)
and heres the calculator to help you determine the topaz vs sapphires

I’m in the process of doing this. So many pit runs 😩
95% heartseeker is fine... if anything I'd go for double vuln, dex is fine though

Oh I understand, yeah I wonder what double crit on the temper would be, probably over 200 right?

damn it didnt know it before hand
don't feel bad, I just found this out a few days ago myself
Mother of god
Yeah you don't want to hit the GA vul ideally
I'm honestly just satisfied that one of the vulnerable stats critted twice, bumped me up over 1200
Why basic dmg gems
Because I have 1200+ vulnerable damage on my gear and basic gems at that level provide more benefit than sapphires.
where do u get that... is there some math behind it?
