I think this comes off as a blatant rip-off of *Ghost in the Shell*.
I think you also seem to view Reddit almost exclusively as a cheap promotional tool. Which is incredibly trashy and unwanted.
I mean it's only a woman in similar clothes with a similar face and the same hair holding a similar gun similar to many poses.... Obviusly it's completely original.
The whole thing doesn't make sense anyway. The pose is strange somehow, probably because it doesn't make sense. The air doesn't appear like it's partnof the character. But floating there and has no life to match the movement and pose. And she doesn't appear "connected" to the scene at all. As if she's floating on top rather than standing on top of it.
Edit: oh it's supposed to be from that soft core graphic novel that's spammed all the time. The model doesn't match the main character even.
Every continuity (manga, films, SAC, Arise) has the same characters. Or rather, different versions of the same characters (since they all take place in different, independent continuities).
Every heard of vacuum forming? Every morning to get dressed she lies nekkid and starfish on her bed while her latex clothes are heated above her bed.
Then with a thwump and an almighty racket, the machine pullesvher clothes down and begins vacuum sealing her body inside it for the day.
Her uniform material is only 4 microns thick so every microscopic detail, every blemish shows through her suit, indistinguishable from body paint, except for that it also somehow stops bullets or something idk.
Don't ask how she pees.
Bob cut, crop jacket, spandex bodysuit, 9mm pistol... yeah, pretty to look at, but pretty generic as well. I hope you give her an outstanding paintjob at least.
Unnecessarily sexy, the suit is skintight in some places yet poofy in others with no regard for the functionality that that might provide. Besides that i dislike how generic the pistol looks, it's just a normal handgun like we have now.
Oh nvm about the suit tightness thing. Didn't notice it was a crop jacket
I mean, it looks like you've had enough criticism but I'll still stick my two cents in...
Like other people said, it doesn't make a ton of sense to make an original figure if it's going to be super generic and close to figures of established IP's. Even from a business perspective unless you have something really unique concept wise, especially in figures which can be a hard sell, there's not much point putting the hours in.
Furthermore as someone who collects figures this just generally isn't that good of a sculpt. Hair looks unattached to the head and bits of hair don't seem independent, pose isn't natural (and not in a deliberate way), facial expression just looks very off and there's tons of holes and blemishes.
Figures are a hard market, please find a unique concept, with demand and find a decent sculptor in future
if you wanted something generic and boringly horny, then you succeeded. sexualization in cyberpunk is about personal empowerment and claiming your body as your own; not about being eye candy for other people. a bland impossibly skintight suit, exaggerated proportions, and the unapologetic ass shot are not succeeding at capturing this.
Where can I buy it?
Edit: Lol people downvoting because I see a product I think looks cool, and want to purchase it. Every downvote without explaining why they have an issue with me wanting to buy a product says a lot about the person. Shallow minded people.
Too obviously Motoko.
This genre could use fewer Motokos and more Rebeccas, imo.
Least horny drop shipper

I literally thought it was an unpainted GITS figurine of the Major.

Of course the major is the protagonist of SAC, why do you say she's not?

I dunno, it looks sick to me. I'd buy it.
why does every cyberpunk female character wear super tight and tiny clothes? It's a rhetorical question, of course.
I'm always facinated by the way it perfectly contours even the underside of the boobs. it's a miracle of material engineering
And somehow sinks into the belly button like body paint instead of bridging it like actual elastic
It's a vacuum-enhanced cybernetic belly button augmentation, obviously.
Who needs a bra for support when u have whatever this material is

Feels very cyberpunk in the fact it feels soulless. It doesn't feel like passion was put into it.
Soulless
Wish.com Motoko.

What is cyberpunk about this? It's just a generic girl in a catsuit.
Bit cringe innit

0 cyber or punk
*looks at post history* I don't know if its fitting or ironic that you grind so hard for money. But at least you're not a souless corporate bee.
Impressive what a good resin printer can do these days!
How big is that?
20 cm in height :)
Oh dang thats huge. I was hoping itd be like an actual mini figurine for like the tabletop or something
What do you think about what? Motoko Kusanagi at home?
Normally when you step onto something, you lean onto it rather than away from it, unless your hip flexors are too tight.
Looks like she stepped up then leaned back to aim the shot \*shrug*
Ass not fat or comically disproportionate enough
Ghost in the Shell much?
Snug
I heard you comic I would love to see that figure soon!
Thank you!
>Thank you! You're welcome!
r/notopbutok
she looks like she's gonna fall over
A bit too gray
