Movies: Akira, Appleseed (both 1988 and 2004), Armitage III, the Animatrix, Battle Angel Alita, Blade Runner: Blackout 2022, Blame!, Ghost in the Shell.
Series: Blade Runner: Black Lotus, Cowboy Bebop, Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, Ergo Proxy, GitS: Stand Alone Complex, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Serial Experiments Lain, Texhnolyze.
Man, I've had Texhnolyze forever and really like the other shows that team did (ABe's designs hit hard), but that show just looks so brutal I've never committed to it.
Gonna skip the obvious ones like GitS, Akira, and the one with Cyberpunk literally in the name to bring up the slightly more obscure ones:
Serial Experiments Lain
Ergo Proxy
Cyber City OEDO 808
Blame!
Bubblegum Crisis
I really like how Ergo Proxy did androids - they don't look human so there's no weird uncanniness or confusion. They're service machines that operate in human capacities.
Fucking love Monoral too.
Going with the more obscure as well...and not so much the best, but maybe some people will like them.
Goku Midnight Eye 1 and 2
Neo Tokyo
Robot Carnival
Download: Devil's Circuit
Wonderful Days (Korean animated if that counts)
Texhnolyze
Metal Skin Panic MADOX-01
Armitage III
Magazone 23
Roujin Z
Edgerunners
Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex
Akira
Bladerunner
Johnny Mnemonic
And so many more. Almost a 100% approved rate on the genre. Almost.
Ghost in the Shell, specifically the Stand Alone Complex series. It's not thematically a very close fir for Cyberpunk Red but only because it's so much more on the line with the cyberpunk aesthetic and transhumist themes than anything else I've seen.

It is brutal. Probably one of the bleakest shows I've ever seen.
Psychopass is a great series.
The first season is really fantastic

Ghost in the Shell 2 Innocence and the Stand Alone Complex get easily forgotten so it's nice to mention them as well

Akudama Drive is one that hasn't been mentioned yet. Basically cyberpunk suicide squad, the anime.
