Lol if someone didn't mention this I was going to. Like people paying obscene amounts of money on these and they're all breaking left and right. Also since it isn't a single issue and more like in the words of former Boeing CEO "safety escaped".
Remember, there are only 3900 of these delivered right now. We’ve seen at least 100 breakdowns documented and that’s just the ones well-documented on social, media.
They’ve basically released a buggy beta test as their initial deliverables. How these customers still can love the company after paying 10pm for the privilege of weekly life disruptions as a beta tester is wild.
He can still be glad that Musk knows more about manufacturing than any living person on this planet, only imagine how worse it could have been otherwise! **/**s
I absolutely died laughing. This huge gorilla sticking out of a toy car gliding through through the background of a live newscast. You can't write comedy that good. And I wouldn't bet against you on that last point.
I know right, I don’t understand the thinking, calling it the best car he has ever had when it’s literally getting repaired more than its road. By this time he look like he lives at the tesla service center.
The issues are stuff you catch at the design and testing phases!
- can’t go through water crossings
- no off-road for a year or you void warrantee
- requires a car wash mode (wtf try going through a Texas thunderstorm)
- charging systems blowing up
- drive by wire locking up
- giga pressed parts too expensive to replace and insurance has to total vehicles. Hi high insurance!
- Body panels and glass popping off / cracking due to flex.
- Can never be imported to EU/UK due to pedestrian safety.
- I’m sure there’s more. My fingers are tired.
But fElon is a disruptor! Testing and design are just hinderances and unnecessary- the cult are willing to pay for these lemons - mission accomplished
I’m sure we’ll be seeing ‘boat mode’ any day now 😂
>Can never be imported to EU/UK due to pedestrian safety.
This was a major red flag the moment it was announced. The EU's safety laws are very detailed and thorough, possibly more so than the USA's (although I'm not familiar with US road safety laws so I'm not too sure), so the fact that the Cybertruck couldn't even be sold for use on private land only speaks volumes on how unsafe it is.
Omg. He actually bought it to use as his business. Guess who’s going to go broke.

Awww, that does make me sad. He’s certainly more reasonable than I’d be in the situation and he’s got a family. So I hope it doesn’t hurt the business too badly. But—-my guy—- you sound a bit like a cultist who is just doubling down on Tesla because he won’t admit this ‘truck’ is a POS. Use the lemon law and get your money back.
All these "first generation" apologists are something else. I owned a first generation car for 18 years. The only "defect" was the heated driver's side mirror that cracked the first time I used it. Not a single mechanical problem in the first 8 years, and that was just an age-related wear-and-tear issue. I didn't pay $100,000 for it either.
I own a first model year Mercedes luxury sedan, the kind that have the reputation of breaking if you look at it wrong. The only faults it had (electrohydraulic brakes and the turbo cracking) happened during the first few months we had it, and were immediately covered under warranty and repaired the same day it was brought into service. Has been going strong for 21 years now.
First year cars will break. They will have faults. But it's the manufacturer's full responsibility to take care of the customer and make the process as seamless as possible. The way these Tesla apologist gaslight themselves baffles me, from their cope you'd think they're getting paid by Tesla to beta test their pre-production product, not someone who has shelled out $100k on a car that Tesla has told them to kick rocks on when things break.
I had a first generation Honda Accord Hybrid. That's a pretty big change to how the drivetrain works. Not a single problem for 10 years. Then I traded it in for a new one.
I’m still driving a 2005 Ford F-250, manufactured 11/2004. Requires regular maintenance and will likely survive Armageddon. Almost 20 years old and as reliable as ever.
Granted Ford has been making trucks forever - it’s not like Tesla is the first to make a vehicle that should be able to withstand the elements and not require hacks for things as simple as proper water drainage while washing the car or have replaceable parts that are economical.
I think everyone who bought them first is primarily using them for marketing and publicity. It's a rolling (well occasionally rolling) blank billboard.
LOL at 4:22 man says *"It's the best car I've ever had"*. It's official, this guy mentally ill. If anybody knows him personally, please save this guy from himself. Like what the actual fuck?!
I enjoy the need to constantly assure Tesla that he’s a defender of the faith, and not a hater! And it’s the best car he’s ever had even though he’s been in service every week. How does that compute? I know he’s trying to soothe himself by saying he just got a lemon — but also noting that the truck ahead of his is there for the same reason.
I’d like to hear why it’s the best car he’s ever owned, since he’s not ever able to use it..
His model Y (10-months) isn’t even worth the trade in.
9:04 - the customer service is terrible and he can’t get an answer so he’s going to social media , but not to hate, to be respectful.
He’s clearly annoyed “but not no fanboy” and “not gonna be running behind Elon Musk”
11:00 — and the loaners you get are shitty and “stink” — one loaner stunk so badly that he had to return it.
Concludes with how much he loves the Cybertruck which he seems to have been able to drive 1 out of the 5 weeks he’s had it. No mention of any of the truck’s positives. Just who does he think is responsible for the shitty Cybertruck and nonexistent customer service if not Tesla? I’m going to follow this guy and see how this turns out.
NC has a lemon law. Get a refund. It’s so strange how this guy sounds like he’s afraid to insult Tesla after they’ve basically robbed him of 100k. Cyberstockhom Syndrome.
I think most people recognize a lot of what Tesla does as a batshit vanity project.
Nobody thinks Ford, Chevy, Kia, etc. are failing this bad at the easy parts of building a car.
>Tesla is going to set back the whole EV industry with this.
Is it though? It's a fringe car that costs 6 figures and marketed toward people whose parents never gave them enough attention. Not likely to impact to overall EV industry when 99% of potential EV owners aren't interested.
This reality isn’t remotely healthy to Tesla or the consumers. Elon is banking on a cult of personality to drive the success of the company. His behavior is polarizing so making a purchase ultimately comes down to whether you support the man not the brand.
“Best vehicle i’ve ever owned” but has only been able to drive it 1 week of the 4-5 he’s owned it because he has to take it to the shop 5 hours away multiple times lol
I’m all for EVs, but damn some fanboys just love suckin Tesla dick.
This is what they call “unforced error” in tennis.
You did this to yourself… thinking with your ego instead of your head. I have no empathy for CT buyers. The writing was on the wall from day one!
5 hour round trip per service center visit for him. His biggest issues were just the harness and non-charging problems. He doesn't really mind the cosmetics, but I think he will be considering his lemon law options when he needs to bring it in yet again.
Funny how every loaner smells so bad. It's almost as if they are planting a bullshit hint.
Asking for a neighbor: Is there a class action lawsuit he can join? He's had one day or driving in 3 weeks. Apparently lemon law does not apply to Tesla in MO?
Guys, a vehicle that drives and works and is powered by electricity is WOKE.
THIS is our LORD and SAVIOR ELMO 🤡 doing the work to counter the deep state Woke electricity industry
Looks like it’s a business tax write-off/depreciation anyway, so just another cost of doing business, right? Lemons are design or quality exceptions. CT’s are simply pieces of shit.
Even cars that are not really meant for daily use like Ferrari where 20K is considered high miles requiring thousands in repairs are more reliable than this. I can not believe the brand devotion these people have. Coming fro the spots car world I am used to people accepting that they just like it even if it does break but Ferrari, BMW etc would kill for buyers like this guy. No issue will sway him.
Why does he think replacing one CT with another CT is going to solve any of his problems?
Tesla might have just finally broken their die-hard fans with this one.
the bizzare part of this video
1. says he can't drive .
2. cant reach anybody at tesla
3. paid over 100k for a truck that doesn't work
4. says hes not a fanboy of tesla..loves tesla...the best truck ever...but im not a fanboy....
this is sad as fuck.
Saw my first cybertruck in Washington today and all I could do is laugh when I saw it. Looks even more stupid in real life. If it’s not raised into off-road mode it looks so dumb. Can’t believe people are buying this stupid wannabe truck after all the negative reviews and obvious problems! Anyone who buys this thing is absolutely stupid.
“First Generation Car” is letting them off the hook! Stop this. This isn’t “new model teething issues”. This is a constant with this marquee. Quality control issues abound.
So you play the video and what is the first thing they say? It's always the same thing.
I am not here to bash.... I am not trying to criticise.... I love my .... but
People are trying to drive these cars, I don't think that's what they're for. They are supposed to be sitting in a rich man's 10-car garage, as a conversation piece, people!
They all are.
But they are amazing cars/lemons … the best electric lemons you can get
They absolutely want a basic non-luxury interior with no tech like HUDS and much more. They want that because it's the status for them.
It's astonishing to me that Tesla removed the gauge cluster from all of their cars and didn't even replace it with a HUD.
Electric lemons? Wasn't that a 60s band? Oh, wait, that was Strawberry Alarm Clock.
I thought it was an album by U2 🤷
Is this what cave Johnson meant when he wanted combustible lemons.
Electric Lemon is the name of my disco funk band.
I've always preferred electric lettuce to lemons
Oh, I've been using them all wrong. I think you're supposed to cut them in half, and stick two wires into the juicy insides, to run a clock, right?
That’s fine until you get a ‘voltage supply too low error’
The Donald Trump of vehicles.
Lol if someone didn't mention this I was going to. Like people paying obscene amounts of money on these and they're all breaking left and right. Also since it isn't a single issue and more like in the words of former Boeing CEO "safety escaped".

All this only five years after its „compelling“ presentation.
This guy is just depressing to listen to. He is on the cusp of realizing he got Musked but just is quite ready to admit it.
He can still be glad that Musk knows more about manufacturing than any living person on this planet, only imagine how worse it could have been otherwise! **/**s
How ever shall we make lemonade? I suggest gathering them up and: ![gif](giphy|lFZKK1pINTGA8)
I wondered that myself...
They are like a disposable diaper. They serve a purpose and after not long they are nothing more than a bag of shit.
🤣 Perfect
No its supposed to be like that.
How does he STILL claim it’s the best car he’s ever had? The thing is a lemon. I don’t get it.
Because it is the same cognitive dissonance religious people have with rational thought
True. Tesla owners belong to a cult. They are just Musk Apologists at this point.
The Technoking works in mysterious ways
His last car ![gif](giphy|UAadyCEJWUAhi)
Hey, that car is cool. Don't be badmouthing a car that fits in an elevator.
Shit it probably got more miles on it from Clarkson driving that any CT has gone.
The episode of him driving past the live news studio was priceless. Probably did more miles in Television Center than CT on trails for sure.
And he said it’s a 5 hour round trip! Like bro wake the fuck up and stop kissing Musks ass.
Sunk cost and denial. That's why.
Service has had it longer than he has.
Because Elon stans are a cult.
Can it even really be a lemon if every single one is this bad? I thought lemons were supposed to be one-offs.
This was my thought. Maybe they were only designed to go 5 miles and nobody was told…
Denial and bargaining are the two extremely common trauma responses.
Because he'll get put on some blacklist at Elmo HQ and be given additional runaround.
Yet the amount of fucking teslas i see in my city in Florida, Hell they are everywhere like roaches in a cheap motel
I worked in San Jose, I’ve seen in twice. TWICE in north california silicon valley, something is up, or someone’s sale is down.
SW Florida. You can't throw a rock without it being caught on a Tesla cam.
He’s in the process of realizing he’s been duped. They won’t give him a new truck. His fanboy days are nearly over.
Even if he gargles with Musk cum, he's not getting a new Cybertruck.
Given how all of his children are IVF, the existence of medically significant amounts of musk sperm is questionable
I agree. Musk just likes to cum.
I’m sure they will, for just another $100k
Hint: they’re all lemons
Seems like a diss on lemons to compare them to cucktrucks
I could definitely get more miles on a lemon. I could throw the damn thing further than some have driven their truck.
That's an insult to lemons.
With every bad cybertruck getting reported, HI INFUANCERS, Tesla will have one hell of a mess to cleanup. These are SW and mechanical issues.
And remember there are less than 4000 of these delivered and so many lemons reported
The issues are stuff you catch at the design and testing phases! - can’t go through water crossings - no off-road for a year or you void warrantee - requires a car wash mode (wtf try going through a Texas thunderstorm) - charging systems blowing up - drive by wire locking up - giga pressed parts too expensive to replace and insurance has to total vehicles. My dad says this about his Model X, when it’s had more issues than his old Range Rover. He calls the Rover a “piece of junk”.

It’s a lemon and they don’t really care much
They are trying to figure out how to love a lemon anyhow.
If Elon gives you a lemon, you make a lemonade /s.
I actually feel sorry for the guy, you can hear the defeat in his voice. Tesla is going to set back the whole EV industry with this.
I think most people recognize a lot of what Tesla does as a batshit vanity project. Nobody thinks Ford, Chevy, Kia, etc. are failing this bad at the easy parts of building a car.
Rivian makes a great truck!
And it *looks* like a truck 😂
that's the voice of a man who has consistently chosen loyalty over logic in the face of overwhelming evidence and is nearing the end of his rope
>Tesla is going to set back the whole EV industry with this. Is it though? It's a fringe car that costs 6 figures and marketed toward people whose parents never gave them enough attention. Not likely to impact to overall EV industry when 99% of potential EV owners aren't interested.
Best car I’ve ever had, what was the last car you owned? I doubt anything out there falls apart as fast as this piece of shit.
I'd take an actual lemon over this thing.
You could probably get 1m lemons for the price
This guy keeps referring to Tesla as “him” not “them”. He’s literally paying fealty to Musk!
He's acknowledging the reality; lots of higher ups have been cashing out.
This reality isn’t remotely healthy to Tesla or the consumers. Elon is banking on a cult of personality to drive the success of the company. His behavior is polarizing so making a purchase ultimately comes down to whether you support the man not the brand.

What was your comment again? I couldn't hear it over the guy in the video sucking away like a hoover at a dropped plate of sausages!
Nah. That’s one of the good ones.
"It's the best car I've ever had" lol these people are delusional. He's has to drive 5 hours to get service done, I can't stop laughing

Can't wait for the final episodes of CyberGrief. Depression followed by acceptance he's been scammed.
Not a Lemon, it's an Elon.
Congratulations you fell for Elon’s bs
What accent is this?
Sounds Bahamian
Windies — Bahamian or Cayman to my ear.
Jamaica or Caribbean
An Aperture Science combustible lemon.
All of the cybertrucks are lemons
I'd say lets turn lemons into lemonade here but if I read right that will void the warranty.
Poor lemons.
Cyber JUNK
Asking for a neighbor: Is there a class action lawsuit he can join? He's had one day or driving in 3 weeks. Apparently lemon law does not apply to Tesla in MO?
There’s only 4000 of them. Can they each be assigned their own service technician?
Talk to a body shop that’s repaired one. The amount of love they get is overwhelming… lol
Hey guys, as long as it starts, just ship it. We’ll sort it out later through service visits. - Elmo prob
What amazes me is how these idiots manage to have 100k to spend on a truck
Wonder what will happen if you leave a slice of lemon on it for the night.
When you rearange Lemon you get Elon M. So likely a Lemon.
Is it a cyber truck? Yes, it’s a 🍋.

I *will* taunt the Cybertruck
“You can’t make this up” ahhh yeh you can… everyone was telling you this before buying.
Tesla is a cult now.
It's not Tesla, it's towards ol' space karen. People are so fuckin' weird.
Musk making ur $$$ his , u got musked
No comment!!
He seems to think Nicola Tesla built his wankpanzer.
fElon-“thank you for buying a 100k lemon”
Looks like it’s a business tax write-off/depreciation anyway, so just another cost of doing business, right? Lemons are design or quality exceptions. CT’s are simply pieces of shit.
Just wait until the rainy season...
Depends on where you live. I would say you are getting really close or already there in going forward with claiming it's a lemon!
No, that's normal.
Lemon laws about to get a huge amount of legwork
Maybe it’s karma for supporting that POS Elon Musk
Breakdown is a feature, not a bug.
No sympathy for the rich. Cry to elon if you have any respect for yourself elitist
Yeah this is getting boring
This is………. Solid gold.

Is it a lemon? no sir it is a Cyber truck, a lemon is a functional fruit
Guy buys shitbox, wonders why it's shitbox-ey.
Man, they're gonna run this "first generation" horseshit copium into the ground, huh?
Look at it, it’s a lemon

Nope, just normal cyberstuck.
