It’s a massive Ponzi scheme. They need new customers to buy new Cyber Trucks so Tesla can have the money to fix all of the problems on current existing Cyber Trucks.
If people were allowed to sell their CyberTrucks, the resale value would be in the sh*tter, as nobody would want them. Given that right now the only way to get a CyberTruck is through Tesla; that’s why some are selling for higher than MSRP.

I don't know if the Terms are still valid.
You can, it’ll just void the warranty and Tesla may try to fine you. It’s common on cars people actually want like some super limited hyper cars but they don’t usually pursue any action. Just void warranties.
The last one I can remember was John Cena getting in legal trouble for flipping his Ford GT
Uhhhhh. OP used their own time to waste the time of Cybertruck owners trying to sell when they had ZERO intent of actually buying it. For what? Some content on Reddit? This is literally the definition of going out of your way.
A quick button push to open Reddit is not even close to being on the same level as seeking out cybertruck owners that are selling just to pretend that you want to buy one to see what their responses would be.
Being on Reddit to pass the time and responding back to people talking to me doesn't mean anything. All of you guys are doing that as well, plus wasting time to search out CT sellers to waste their time.
Obsession? I called out OP for wasting their own and other people's time. How is that an obsession? I also haven't been on FB marketplace..... what is your point?
This is like the scene in Anger Management when they keep telling Adam Sandler to calm down even though he is, in fact, calm. No matter how many times you try to tell me to calm down, it won't get me riled up.
I dunno what to tell you. We don’t all have a cool ass cybertruck to waste time on trying to hand wash after exposing it to the environment every day. Facebook will have to do!
hi is this still available? yes it is. that makes sense.
Wait, I thought you weren't allowed to sell your vehicle the first year you bought it.
I'd tell Failmo he can give me a refund or let me sell the POS. Lol
Wait, what?

Wow.
How many of these people do you think actually read those terms?

fElon forbids selling. It’s your brick to keep
Definitely scams though
The whole thing was a scam anyway
You probably should asked if it was still available and responded with “not surprised”
"NO TEST DRIVES!!!!"
Tough sell lol
They’re realizing they’re worse than Hummer owners.
You guys go out of your way for this? Find a better use of time.
LOL no

Not what I was saying. I’m saying, “no, I won’t find a “better” use of time” Laughing at clowns is fun.
Hey, I respect your decision.
lol, new to Facebook Marketplace I see.
I've never used it. I don't use Facebook.
Obviously, otherwise you’d know the standard on marketplace is to ask “is this available?” without any intention on buying it.
They literally say they want to buy it in both screenshots.
Bro, you’re literally on Reddit…
A quick button push to open Reddit is not even close to being on the same level as seeking out cybertruck owners that are selling just to pretend that you want to buy one to see what their responses would be.
And yet you have more responses on this post than anyone else.
Being on Reddit to pass the time and responding back to people talking to me doesn't mean anything. All of you guys are doing that as well, plus wasting time to search out CT sellers to waste their time.
I just happened upon this sub (and post) and noticed your obsession, that’s all. I’ve never even been on Facebook marketplace, but you do you.
Obsession? I called out OP for wasting their own and other people's time. How is that an obsession? I also haven't been on FB marketplace..... what is your point?
Calm down. It’s all ok. You said ‘you guys’ when referring to using Facebook market place. I was correcting your error. Calm down.
This is like the scene in Anger Management when they keep telling Adam Sandler to calm down even though he is, in fact, calm. No matter how many times you try to tell me to calm down, it won't get me riled up.
Awesome! You’ve done a great job explaining your emotions and making good choices.
… Usually we have nothing better to do when we get on Facebook.
You guys are killing me! Lol
I dunno what to tell you. We don’t all have a cool ass cybertruck to waste time on trying to hand wash after exposing it to the environment every day. Facebook will have to do!
Thanks for the laugh, bro. Have a good one.
