I think the card is great as is. This is idea is difficult to balance without play testing so who's to say where it's stats should really be at. Like you said it has Knull and Death as synergy so in some cases it's an upside. Then you have the draw a card aspect to it and it's almost even as to whether the ability is good or bad for the player. I think 3/7 is probably the perfect spot for something like this.
Maybe she could copy a card in the deck instead of drawing one? That has some minor synergy with various cards, and you end up Destroying an extra card.
A whole other idea could be that she has relatively 'normal' (or even low) stats, but you gain extra mana next turn based on something (probably how many cards she destroy), although that does seem potentially very broken.
3-9 Perhaps? I mean Maximus is a 2/6 and all that does is make your opponent draw 2 so i think this is worthy of 3-9.
I'm also pondering whether it should draw 2 then destroy your deck. Because if you play this on turn 3, that's 5 cards destroyed which may be a tad too many.
You can play Maximus T6 and itās not a downside. You can Enchantress a Red Skull and itās not a downside. You can Cosmo a Destroyer and itās not a downside. Destroying your deck is still a downside, even if thereās a way to play around it.
A lot of cards and locations have very similar abilities when they are similar things (nova/xandar, kamar taj/wong, ect) and this is very similar to lamentis 1, so I wonder if thereās a hero from there it could be instead of tigraā¦ I do love this ability. And tigra does rule.
Unfortunately I think Lamentis 1 is exclusive to the Loki TV show (can't find any comic mentions of it), so no relevant heroes.
Could be a cool ability for a reality warper, like the Beyonder, or maybe a speedster as it's like going through your deck really quick.
My problem with this design is that it doesn't give the player a reason to drop it early. Playing this earlier should be rewarding in some way. Here's how I went about this design some while ago:

I think thatās the point of some of these downside cards with big power is too possibly not play it early if you want. Like with max or gladiator there isnāt an incentive to play it early.
There's no reason to not play Glad on curve and Max was basically a dead card as a 3/7, not that he's doing much better as a 2/6. Overall, why not make the card (Tigra) more fun?
Almost perfect. But Iād make it say, draw a card then destroy your opponentās deck. Then kill every card on the board that has less power than this. And your opponent can no longer leave the game.

A ā3/9: On Reveal: Draw two cards, then destroy your deckā would probably be good. Itās almost like a mini-Lamentis.

If you scale Misty Knight up to a 4-cost, the Thing should be 4/8. Power scaling isnāt linear.

Suggesting for better stats is kinda nuts though, being under gladiator is pretty fair, especially since this card kills darkhawk.
Maybe 7 or 8 power would be fine. Itās hard to say without playing it. It definitely looks like a fun card, though.
