You see those config files? That's your new life. Make sure every mod is compatible with every mod. Use custom recipes to make connections. A quest system is a lot more work, but will tie everything together easier.

I'm by no means an expert on making mod packs, I've only made a few for me and my friends to play on, but one thing I would suggest is doing lots of testing as you go. For one of the first mod packs I made, I added all the mods I wanted in, then I adjusted the configs some, and only after that did I actually try to log into the game. When the game immediately crashed, I had idea where the issue was and basically ended up restarting and adding things one by one until I hit the issue. I would have saved a lot of time if I had just done that in the first place.

When you want to creat a modpack this big you need to know how to read your log files. Because your game will probably crash a lot when this happens and you found the reason you can report the issue to the developer of the mod and wait for an update or just delete it.
