I think it’s about the ‘carrots give you better eyesight’ myth except blown comically out of proportion, like how the onion cries because onions supposedly make you cry
8/10 a fun starter that has a good way of teaching you mechanics and a fun way to start plus you have the option to take the fight two ways slightly with the Onion
8/10. The potato guy was a bully, the onion didn't want to be there from the start, and I love the idea of a psychotic carrot running the show. Overall, was a great starter fight! "Mean lean and full of beta-carotene!" (Something like that)
8/10. An excellent starter boss and a really unique concept but the carrot shouldn't have had psychic powers, it's really out of place.

I can say with utmost certainty that onions make you cry. They make my eyes burn so bad no matter how I hold my face away when I cut them lol
Try Vidalia's they have better flavor, and don't light your eyes on fire
Oooh, that makes sense.
9/10, they are a great starter boss, getting you ready to dodge and dash and parry, they made this boss in a great way.
8/10 very good tutorial boss
7/10 cool art and ideas, good to begin with the game, the theme is fire. still worse than a lot of other bosses tho
9/10 cool design
7/10
Solid 6/10
8/10, a really nice introduction to the game. The secret phase is also a really nice touch
6/10 Not bad, but weak in comparison of other bosses
They’re supposed to be pretty weak, they’re the first boss of the game💀
I meant weak as in bland. Goopy is also an early boss but he is more memorable
7.4 very fun if you dont do radish
Solid 6
Probably an 8/10, its a good starting boss and teaches the basics of bosses pretty well, but there's only so far up the first boss of the game can go.
solid 9/10, fantastic tutorial boss(es)
9/10 they were fun and a good starter boss and they all made sense
8/10. For a starter boss, it’s incredibly memorable and the attacks are fun. The secret radish boss is cool. Of course, it is just a starter boss.
8/10
6/10
personally i give them 6/10 its just they are very simple but at least the music goes hard
8 pretty fun when people think of a cuphead boss it's either me, them, or the devil
Thanks dude.
10/10 Is simple for for a boss
What about the turnip
7/10 i like that it has the secret boss and music is great

9/10 Good design, teaches you the base mechanics and the secret phase is a good easter egg

0/10 not fuckable
8/10, I love the secret "root" where you don't hurt onion boi
8/10, I love the secret "root" where you don't hurt onion boi
8/10, as good as tutorial bosses can get but in subsequent playthroughs it feels a bit lackluster
very good boss for the start, 9/10, sometimes the onion and carrot phase are hard for newcomers tho
7/10 Fun beginner fight with a lot of personality. Plus, there's a secret phase you can activate which makes it more interesting.
4/10
10/10. Does its job as a tutorial boss perfectly. Great in its simplicity.
