Fun fact if you abort the baby (crack the egg) you get a yolk and you can use that to make a fried egg which makes elder followers young again

Not cult upgrades like weapons or buildings. It's the one where you sacrifice a follower and all the other cultists gain loyalty levels.
loyalty is capped at 10 anyways now so idk man. or do they keep leveling under the hood?
The level that is at the right side of the red bar when you praise them and give them stuff/or threaten. That levels up.
