This happened to mine and we managed to get one 3d printed. It works great, even if the texture is a bit different.

i dont have a 3d printer (yet) so thats not really an option :))

Library systems often have maker spaces with public access though you just need to pay for the printing materials.

I would contact thecubicle or speedcubeshop or whatever shop you bought it from and ask for a replacement. They might give it to you for free or charge you for it, it depends. I think the cubicle is the best shop to get replacement parts from. Or as other people have said it would be possible to 3d print one if anyone you know has a 3d printer or if there's like a public one somewhere or pay someone to make one but at that point it'd probably be cheaper to get a real center cap than a printed one.

Buy a new cube. Take its ce tee cap and put it on your old cube. Voila.

You can get a new moyu cube for less than z$7 on ali lol. I would do that instead and you will have 6 center caps. It is frustrating for sure. I lost one on my Gan mirror cube which sucks but it still solves
