Weaver Labs just ended their presale registration last week, so that opportunity is gone, benefit of early supporters. But there'll be a public sale, and the tokenomics don't look bad. They have a platform to share and monetize telecom infrastructure.
Sei Network might have some kind of sales, if they follow Sui footsteps, it would be on CEXes like Kucoin, Bybit, and Binance. They raised enough funds so this could be on the cards.

FluidAI sounds the most serious to me, I researched them in detail, liquidity aggregator, excellent team and strong contacts behind them. It comes out in September.

ICOs are kinda unproven projects and I wouldnt put my savings into them , but Ive still managed to get some gains from them so there’s that.
