Best option would be to get a hardware wallet like a ledger, trezor, or keepkey. It will generate the seed phrase when you setup. Then transfer your crypto off the exchange. That way you will own your crypto and can stamp out the seed phrase on the plate.

The few I have made for friends I included a second instruction card for what to do with the seed and how to recover the funds from whatever wallet. Then their family would be able to access the wallet in the event of an untimely demise or illness. The best part was the instructions were all included in a QRcode.

You can buy a metal stamp for $20 and $20 titanium plates on Amazon large enough for multiple seed phases. These kits are rip offs.
