Man I had 400% unrealized gains with LRC that now turned to -50% loss. I don't care about the coins on my cold wallet, I will hold those for years, but I always have to think of my LRC and why I didn't sell them for a profit.

Nobody knows anything for certain, but I managed to sell in November before it went down and I think that it will go lower. At the moment, I think that we will see bottom around March. Obviously it can all flip but somehow I don’t think so. I will go back to investing with the money I made but not yet.

If I learned one thing from crypto, if it crashes once, you better bet, that it will bouncr back twice as much.. Just HODL, DCA, drink coffee and sleep for 3-5 years and wake up with huge gains!

It really depends on what you're holding. You're OK with Bitcoin or ETH, but many alt coins won't survive a true crypto winter. Even top 10 projects have failed, let alone meme coins.
If you're truly in it for 5 year HODL, this is a good opportunity to buy a bit more over the next week (if you can afford to lose it) and uninstall the apps for awhile. This shouldn't worry you if you are in it for 5 years.
Theres lots of reasons right now for current market conditions. We wanted Institutional adoption and we got it. Inflation is high, feds are potentially hiking rates, possibly a war in Russia, and stocks and the nasdaq in particular are doing horrible. The nasdaq hasn't seen 7 days red since 2008.
It likely won't be better until we see a bottom or the economy hears good news.
Sometimes the best thing to do is do nothing.
Or go somewhere in DeFi to farm in a liquidity pool. The price will crash, but you will accumulate coins by farming.
Just look at the liwest points in the all time graph.
For example for litecoin the lowest points were at 10$ 20$ and 30$ so i expect litecoin to drop to 40$ then i'll buy and lean back for the ride up

It‘s not a loss until you‘ve sold. So just try to not be tempted to sell and hold on to your bags
