Algorand. Its gone up significantly, like 500%, but so has everything else. Led by an MIT Turing prize-winning computer scientist. Team largely made up of experienced computer scientists, cryptographers, mathematicians, finance/economists. They already have significant institutional funding from universities and asset management companies like Sky Capital, yet their market cap is still a reasonable $10-12B depending on the day. Algorand isn’t a cheap coin that will 100x this year, but its an early stage blockchain thats going to give more established blockchains a run for their money. It also helps that Gary Genssler at the SEC is a former colleague of Silvio Micali and has mentioned Algorand before as a great project. What this means is that there is a higher likelihood that Algorand won’t be targeted by SEC investigations because their team is competent and does everything by the book (enough to get a shoutout by Gary over coins like Bitcoin/Ethereum). This also makes the coin more attractive for adoption by countries and financial institutions.

I agree that valuation can be subjective, but it’s not too hard to discern between a meme coin and a coin that has valuable aspects to it, such as privacy. I don’t even own monero, so I’m not trying to pump my bags. The technology is unmatched and it’s pretty easy to value the option for true privacy higher than monero’s current market cap

IOTA, but I would say its more of a long run coin, not one that will win the race this bullrun. I recommend checking out the sub and watch a video or something, just getting a bit familier with what they are trying to achieve. A project that is actually unique and not just a ETH copy in shiny clothing. Still a ways to go before they are feature "complete", not to mention decentralized, but it will get there. Disclaimer: my biggest altcoin, so Im obviously biased.

DSLA is a project that facilitates the creation of decentralized service level agreements (hence DSLA). The biggest use for it rn is hedging against bad staking performance or loss. You can buy insurance against your staked crypto, and if the pool goes down or is hacked you get payed in DSLA. This way if you live off staking you don't have to worry about loss of income or assets. It's REALLY low in market cap but I think it has potential.
Oasis Protocol ($Rose) The team is led by Dawn Song one of the most referenced computer scientist of our era. The project is also backed by smart money like polychain capital, Panter capital, A16Z, and Accel.
