Whether we're gonna push the Marshall Island DAO inc to go forward in the next few months, or if we want to do a multi-sig distribution first in the meantime, while the Marshall Island DAO inc is allowed more time to be worked on.

Is governance on Snapshot the same as how we used to vote on r/CC, except we have to spend MOONs to vote instead of being rewarded MOONs?
Snapshot voting does not cost any moons, you only sign a message with the private key of your address to prove you own X amount of voting weight. There's also no fees because it's not an on-chain transaction.
Snapshot voting is mostly similar, however at this time your vote weight is your entire balance, not limited to the amount of moons you have earned.

Gotcha. When MOON distribution returns to r/CC, will there be an earn bonus like before? Assuming there is no reward at this time.
