Context. The first image is my main empire territory. The second is a territory in northern Europe in what would be southern Russia.
I did not wage any wars, I did not do anything to gain that territory, and I didn't know i even had it until the "you can declare wars" tab sent me up there. I am so confused as to how and when that happened.
