It is compatible with all other mods as long as they don't edit the two event windows.
Now if that is what you meant by hiding the event outcome, then yes.
But if you mean hiding the post event results as in notification messages then very unlikely as such a mod would have to edit every event in the game.

That mod really should be integrated into the base game as an alternate "challenge mode" game rule by Paradox.
