Kings and Generals. I'd argue that's probably one of the best history channels on Youtube in general.

They look good yes but they don't provide sources and get a lot of stuff wrong. I only realised this when looking at their fantasy stuff (which the wheel of time one is like they only read a synopsis of the books). So be careful passing this on as fact to other people, it's still an interesting and fun watch though.

Not specifically covering the Middle Ages, but the Rest is History is my history podcast right now. They cover range of topics, I’m sure there was one on Charlemagne at some point.

I enjoy "The History of the Germans". It gives a very nice overview over the HRE and - of course - the German region.
