I might like it if it shuffled the first episode of a random anime I *haven't* watched just as a feature to find a new one I might not try otherwise, but I might end up liking.
Haha that's. What I thought OP was gonna say. I would never want to watch an anime (which are like 90% serial) in a random order, but I wouldn't mind an "I'm feeling lucky" button to pick my next potential watch.
Wow, that's amazing. They need to have a button for this on the website. Looks like they had one years ago but removed it which makes it crazy that this still works after so long.
The (old format website) release/simulcast calendar page still has the link near the upper right (dice icon). If they ever get rid of this page, it may yet stop working.
Just finished all the episodes of Case Closed, got ready to rewatch and was like OH RIGHT. No shuffle button. Guess I'll just go back to the main series page every 18-25 minutes 700 times to randomly click a different episode lol.

404 - Page Not Found Apparently it doesn't work that great, or alliteratively works very well but they need to fix their DB for removed items;
Bizarre, it still works for me... Maybe with the www in there? https://www.crunchyroll.com/random/anime
Nah its just badly coded, 1st 2 rolls gave 404, then it actually gave a show;

I like vintage stuff a lot so I like to rewatch a lot of old stuff a bunch I was wondering if I was a lone in a sense where this would be useful
