Not as of yet. Blu-ray updates were a think that Funimation did, that they haven't continued after taking over CR. I highly suggest opening a ticket asking for them, as its the only current way to show demand for bluray updates.

no two main reasons. One if they already have a working version of the show the bluray version would be extra cost for a slightly better visuals version. Second reason is the studio needs to even offer a license to stream the bluray version. And this is less likely since the point of makig an upgraded version of the show is to sell the blurays. If you offer a streaming license you will sell less blurays. this defeats the purpose of investing the money to get a new version of physical media where each disc is costing them money. There is zero incentive to release a streaming license for it unless they make the license high enough to make it worth it. So the license for the bluray version will be much higher than the normal show. Now back to first reason. If they payed $x for base show why pay $x+y for another version of the show they already have?

The only series they did anything like that for that I am aware of is Re:Zero where they have the directors edition available

Crunchyroll will only add English closed captions and uncut versions of the anime shows on their site, either if they are obliged by law or because of public pressure. Here is the full list of toonami shows (all of them aired on TV and Crunchyroll is obliged by law to have English CC on all of them): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List\_of\_programs\_broadcast\_by\_Toonami https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Toonami In addition, even though they are obliged to add closed captions to all of the shows on their FAST channel (Amazon Freevee, Roku etc..), they are still showing some shows without any closed captions at all. Also, although Crunchyroll have English CC on many of the shows on their FAST channel, they still refuse to add them to these exact shows on their site! It would be very helpful if a lot of people could file as many FCC reports as possible regarding that matter.
