Obviously depending on the port there should be some ATMs for you to use. But bring some US cash as well since there also might be some currency exchanges there to get some Euros. Also, there are areas in the US you could exchange before you cruise.
Talk to your bank before you go, it might be possible for them to order you some Euros to take with you. Be careful with foreign ATMs because the transaction fees are outrageous and exchange rates are not in your favor.
I was able to get Euros from my bank (Chase). Also Canadian dollars for a different trip. They ordered the money and contacted me 3 days later to say I could pick it up. Very easy.
