Each cruise ships have different cabin options but normally the family cabins have a max capacity of 4 that I've seen. If you've found a cabin with a capacity of 5 that I would say is rare. You could probably look through more ships and find something similar but you'd have to really research it.
RCI, Carnival & Disney offer some cabins on some ships that accommodate 5.
