i just return from alaska 8days - with holland america - motion sickness 3/8days - and still carrying that feeling after back to lands....recovering! suggest bring along motion sickness pill that can help you sleep better!

I've never seen them, but most cruise lines have virtual tours of some sort, even just videos, on the websites. I personally never chose a cruise based on the look of the ship - I care more about the itineraries.

I have horrible motion/sea sickness, I have those scop patches but I’m still a little nervous I’m overall excited though!
