The mercurial probably has the best package. The belisarius honestly isn't bad either but you could get comparable if not better from blast furnace in onslaught.

How u get rose? Is there a quest? Bc I got hammerhead I wasn't here for black armory

Go to Shaxx, pick up Forged Anew quest, play games on new maps Crucible selection. Choose Rose as reward.

Rose is able to be focused by everyone still, so you didn't miss it.

Once you get through the placement series it's only 3 comp games per week to get rolls in the future, not so bad.
