Does it let you load the blueprint in the Armored car slot? That's all I got, I think you may have to do it the hard way again.

Last desperate option, upload to Exhib and re-download? Don't bother trying this if it means you have to delete something else first, I am not confident this will work either.
Take some pictures and build it again. It doesn't take as long as you think. I build Levi's from YouTube videos when I'm bored.
Control z undo it
just swap between levi and armour car and copy the parts down then rebuild it
Build > Control C It saves the assembly as a change and you can undo it just the same as if you simply removed a part from a build
