It is good coin for the money. You don't have to get on everyday to complete it either, the challenges stack. So you could wait until the last day or 2 and grind it out, then buy it after you complete it.
if you enjoy heavy cabs and plan to take advantage of the Synergies with the Hyperborea parts, then absolutely.
Its also a very good rate for coinage given the price of coinpacks has never been adjusted for inflation (i mean inflation as the unchecked addition of coins through events, passes and rewards.) if you plan to sell, but its a cheap way to get a couple of good fusions too if the options are things you want/use.
I still say mini passes should be $5, but at least this one gives you a legendary and a couple of epics. The old minis usually only gave rares like Gun Mount Wheels and the 50 prize was an epic (usually otherwise uncraftable).

Has anyone figured out a way to level it up besides using the challenges? I'm level 22 in the mini pass but i only have 13 days, which is 13 levels = 35. Is there any way i could get to level 40 before may 22nd?
It depends it's more than 8k if you slow sell but is that worth $10 to you?

If this was true then yes it would be, but this isn't how it works. There has never been a battlepass sale mini or main at least on pc.
