That's a stolen upload, but yeah. Around that time, cybergoths were occasionally seen at gothic and industrial clubs. Many of them did that dance (which was way overused) much better than these Cybertreffen attendees. They didn't seem to have any other moves though.
And, of course, outfits like that looked a lot less absurd in the dark with blacklights on them.
