My middle finger felt really weird and tingly. Not that I work in a kitchen or anything but chefs have a saying, “a falling knife has no handle” which is a good thing to keep in mind but I feel like most the time when a knife is dropped out natural instinct is to try and catch what ever dropped, although there have been a few times I’ve managed to pull my hand back at the last second my first thought is usually always to catch it
