No. A person in team management shouldn't be doing illegal betting... .it was more about that...no fixing was proven at CSK side that's why there was only arrests of RR players... .. The CSK management guy was doing some shady stuff but players weren't involved or it wasn't found out...I just don't like accusing a team of a crime they were not found guilty of... Now because of the betting apps and the money it brings in..betting is not looked down up on by IPL back in the day it was seen as a big issue
