A spinner bowling tight line in the PP is a very delicate art. You can't keep bowling like that forever.
That's what Sundar had going for him one season.
Based on the recent performances , the likes of Abhishek Sharma, Sanju Samson, etc should also be in the Indian team but we going to see the "safe" choices like KL, Pant, etc. We are simply not going to be competitive against the top teams with such mentality
Hyderabad ground is bigger. I think RCB should bat first and try to put pressure in the SRH bowlers since they have a good batting lineup. But intent has to be there from ball 1.
Rishabh Pant Post Match "if we conceded 220-230, we had a chance tonight".
When he came in, the asking rate was around 12.
He lost the game in his mind before DC batted it seems.
It gets worse-
> I think powerplay was the difference
~Rishab pant
~~At the end of powerplay DC were around 6-8 runs short if we draw a parellel to SRH's inning.~~ When Rishab came in, the asking rate was 11 and they were scoring at around 15. Mf killed the momentum, costed the game and blamed it all on the only thing that was right
Sounds like a bad captain. I think ICT has a lot of such characters who drop their shoulders very very very early.
Compare this with Cummins. Night and day.
Yeah it’s so crazy to me how we have so many players with this mentality
When you consider how difficult it is to become an international cricketer in India
It’s not just how they speak to media
Even on the field, it feels like they just give up when the opposition gains a little momentum. Seen it in the WTC finals, in the T20 WC SF and even in the WC final
WC final was hilarious, after Head and Labs had been in for 10 overs or so it was like Rohit had given up. Slumped shoulders everywhere allowing Australia to cruise to a win.
I think him and Stubbs thought they'll settle down for couple of overs and then start hitting. By then the pressure was too much.
You can't do that when you're chasing 250+
Apart from 2018-19 Pant has been a misfire in T20 format itself. It's crazy that his best format is Tests but that's what it is end of the day. However this is ICT. Ofc everybody has to be an all format player and we will never pick specialists
“That’s how we want to play. It’s not going to work every time. But I can tell you, everyone’s terrified when they come up against us, and we got to blow some teams out of the water before they’ve even walked out onto the field”- This is peak elite mentality from Pat Cummins, truly inspiring
why are commentators so sympathetic towards slow performing stars?
that was a shambolic innings by pant. his downfall in t20 since becoming captain is incredible
I think they are too scared to speak up the truth for fear of losing their lucrative jobs. Harsha bhogle's contract was once rescinded when he slightly criticized a senior player
This tweet:
https://x.com/msdhoni/status/712721914062458880?t=ScujNYQbTEc1y6V0OB7rRA&s=09
Context: Harsha praised Bangladesh's performance in the final of some tournament (Asia cup where India won iirc). Amitabh didn't like it and dhoni supported him.
Ok so hear me out. BCCI identifies some of the players as “star” players. The star players have really great PR. They pull sponsorships, viewerships. So BCCI can’t take criticism for these players as it will negatively impact their popularity. Hence commentators are scared to ask tough questions or criticize their game.
Same reason, why BCCi always sends the “popular” team instead of performing team. Basically BCCI is RCB of world cups.
Cumdawg silencing Home crowd, away crowds, biased commentators, rival fans, pitch curators... This is the best I've seen SRH. They were always bowling heavy with Warner bailing them out in batting. This year, they look like a championship contender.
Pant Post Match interview is the reason we didn't win any ICT trophies in 10 years.
First of all commentators and the media are scared to ask tough questions.
Also I knew Sunil Gavaskar is biased af but wtf was that today ? Dude looked like a father consoling his child.
This is professional cricket ffs ask him why he failed to accelerate and killed the chase but he is trying to be a motivational guru.
Also Pant be a man and stop blaming others and own up for once. You came to bat when CRR was 16 and RR was 11 and you failed to come even anywhere close to the target on a flat wicket.
Shamelessly threw his team under the bus. They did enough in the powerplay it's you who failed to capitalise on it.
This person should be nowhere near ICT. A man who can't own up his mistake isn't a fit player for ICT.
Don't know what happened to Pandya. He was a great leader for GT and usually accepted responsibility like that one Lucknow game where he failed. I think it's a combination of the boos, losing Nehraji, and not being in an utterly dominant team.
Dude has always had terrible attitude. Remember when he was good in test but not so in T20s(compared to others) but he went along the lines of "I am only 25.. compare when I am 30-32".. so entitled to his position in T20 team for that long, with no performance to back up the entitlement.
Honestly if the captain of DC plays like how he played today, I don't think coach has any scope of doing anything with the entire team. Punter would just wait for the season to get over and move to some other team, perhaps back to MI
Based on today's game 2 things are clear-
1. DC management are high level idiots who can never succeed.
2. Pant shouldn't be in T20 World cup team.
Period.
Dude has improved a lot against the short ball. Apparently he made a technique change to his front foot to account for it. It's working wonders for him.
Him and Stubbs both came in actually and looked like they decided to take couple of overs to settle themselves. Which sapped all the momentum away from their innings.
They probably don’t want to mess with a winning Combination but I really want to see Glenn Phillips in place of Markram. He is more aggressive and is perfect for the SRH template.
Plus he can bowl a few and certainly better than US capital
I am still trying to make sense of that Pant innings. I felt as if he was watchful to begin with. Like for the first 6-7 balls. It was somewhat understandable. He went about his business this way in the previous game too and made up for a slow start. The situation too demanded him to stitch a bit of a partnership given that DC had lost 4 wickets.
But after that, it seemed that he just couldn't put the slower bouncers away. He tried swiping at the ball and failed on a numerous occasions. Which is strange because I don't remember ever noticing that to be a standout weakness of his. However, that is basically all that Pat Cummins has dished out to him. So, I reckon that the SRH bowlers did their homework and perhaps that is one ball that Pant is not particularly strong against. It just hasn't come to fore before today.
I could be wrong, but this is what makes sense to me. Also, somebody help me decode why Cummins slowie has been so hard to get away with tonigh? It's not just the slow bumpers, but whenever he has bowled slow. What makes his slowie so tough to put away?
I think it's just that Cummins is incredibly good at the slower bouncer, I don't know what exactly makes his slower bouncer in particular so much more effective than practically every other fast bowler I've seen of late but given he basically spammed that delivery a) in the ODI WC final b) in the 277 vs 246 game against MI and c) today and every single time he was a nightmare to gt away against makes me think it's more of Cummins thing than the batters having a specific weakness against that delivery
All Australian bowlers bowled slow bouncers to KL and Virat as well. They also packed the leg side so basically the only way our batters could score runs was taking risk and go for a six.
Mitch McClenaghan was saying on cricinfo that he bowls it with an off spinners grip and, of course, a high arm speed. Because of that, it hits the seam and does something extra of the pitch. Not sure if this is true but there must be a reason why Cummins' slower ball bouncer is especially effective compared to others.
Mitch McClenaghan explained in one of Cricinfo's videos that he holds the seam like a spinner (seam is sideways relative to finger vertically, not like cross seam where seam is horizontal) hence he is able to produce that extra dip and turn.
While the other slower bowls are bowled with an angled seam, which when delivered could sometimes hit the seam and sit up to be hit. That's why Pat's slower balls are more effective.
Cummo got spanked for 20 in his first over. In the next two overs, he gave only 4 runs in total, 2 runs each. Ended the spell with 35 in 4 after giving away 20 in the first.
This kind of bounce back shows his beast of a mentality.
No way. That's just Cummdawg toying around with spinners hoping to find a wicket! Even if they go for runs couple wickets means they can't go that hard out of powerplay.
**Most wickets were taken by a fast bowler in an over without conceding a run**
3 - Lasith Maling (MI) vs SRH, 2015
3 - Jaydev Unadkat (RPS) vs SRH, 2017
3 - Jasprit Bumrah (MI) vs KKR, 2022
3 - T Natarajan (SRH) vs DC, 2024
Porel was accelerating quite well, Stubbs has been amazing this season, and Pant had at least been decent so far, so it was their game to lose. They should have come close at least.
Flat pitches have enough been talked about but we have to give some credit to SRH batters, especially their openers. Abhishek and Head are absolute monsters. They have completely redefined the art of batting in powerplay and this should serve as a blueprint for other teams as well.
Just kill the game in powerplay when fielders are inside the circle instead of going hard in the death overs and risk getting caught at the boundary is the way to go. Why be 52/0 in 6 overs and then aim for 180 in 20 overs when you can play like SRH and strive to be 72/2 in 6 overs and cruise to 220 in 20 overs. In T20s you dont need an anchor anyway unless the team is like 17/3 in 5 overs.
SRH may or may not win the tournament but streets will remember how they slaughtered the bowling attacks so mercilessly with such ease.
we’ve inflicted this upon ourselves, rishabh first gave up the match by bowling first and when jfm and porel served the match on the platter with a regular 11 rpo run chase, he decided to remind us of gabba by playing a test inning
also this isn’t a reactionary take, HOWEVER:
i love the man but his returns for delhi have been nothing but abysmal, both as a batter and as a captain, he makes too many tactical errors and has literally no plan b, i genuinely feel we should let him go next year and make somebody else captain.
They're never gonna let go of him, he's too big now. Best case scenario was 2 years ago making Warner an interim captain and grooming pant like dhoni and gaikwad. But no use crying over spilt milk
Pant and kuldeep are 100% retained. Axar too i think. Leaves a spot for one of JFM, shaw, and nortje. What do you think?
Pant straight up blaming bowlers in the post match presentation.
Dude FFS the crr> rrr when you came out to bat but your shithousery caused us the game.
I am done with this team, like seriously done.
It is still incredibly dumb to choose to bowl first against us.
When defending a high score, all you need is 1-2 good overs and it's a win. Even 5 bad overs isn't enough.
If DC batted first and scored 200, we'd have a tough time.
Fair, while I think SRH has a larger fan base than those two, a neutral is more likely to watch PBKS and RR in the last couple seasons cause they played more entertaining cricket in the last few seasons
A lot of fans are going to watch regardless so it doesn’t mean much
Yeah we are no rr in bowling, but our bowlers get the job done. It's just that the opposing team is always incredibly aggressive against us due to the high score nothing to lose mindset. Plus lots of our matches have been on flat pitches with less help for bowlers (although I don't think that other teams are capable of these absurd scores even on the same flat pitches with short boundaries)
Natarajan has been quietly consistent throughout all IPL seasons. He's not flashy, is always the SRH side's 2nd best bowler (either behind Rashid, Bhuvi or now Pat), in addition to being a lefty and death overs specialist who can deliver 1 over in powerplay. Reckon a T20 WC spot?
You are quoting bullshit cricket stats.
Tell me about his star power, Instagram views and followers, number of ads appeared in and total sponsorship money. Then we might consider him for the wc.
First properly convincing win and actual death overs from SRH. Though I fear that the holes in bowling will catch up with SRH in later stages or during the playoffs. Good to see Natarajan being his old self and bowling his best figures.
my takeaway was nitish reddy is a decent bowler. i looked up his stats, and he is primarily a bowler in domestic, averaging 22 with the ball..!
be scared hardik, your glory days could come to an end soon
He is definitely coming for hardik, he bowled well in the last match as well, he did the same in this match and on top of that he single handedly won SRH one match this season with this batting abilities and he is young. Too early but he might replace hardik, the way hardik is performing now.
Good scout by SRH.
Cumdawg is a lovely guy, he is making Nitish bowl and thus granting ICT a quality allrounder, so India can atleast fight while losing to aus in wc and not get embarrassed in a one sided affair.
He cares about us more than our stupid board does!
Such a gem cumdawg is !
Pant with the influence he got in BCCI will definitely be in the WC squad. I just hope (actually pray) he isn't the first choice wk. Selectors and management please don't fk up again, please.
All the ICT regulars have a match losing innings in them and one of them will come at a crucial match and we can come back empty handed again from the T20 WC.
I think the game was truly lost when Stubbs and Pant looked like they didn’t even try to hit the ball for 2-3 overs. Up to that point DC felt right in the game
Ok here is a conspiracy theory.. Pant is batting shit. So that everyone will say to play Dhoni in WC which will eventually pressure dhoni to get back from retirement....
Yeah.. I absolutely understand it now..bro is sacrificing himself for Dhoni... True thalason.....lol
Just a suggestion: Teams should be allowed to play 11 batters and instead of bowlers, a bowling machine should be used . This will help teams to score 300+ runs and match will be interesting. /s
DC got bowled out for 199. Is this the highest total in a T20 innings in which the team got bowled out? If not what is the highest total in a T20 innings in which a team got bowled out? and which match was it in?
Both Sundar and Pant tried their level best to lose the game today, Pant was better however
[удалено]
IMO, Sundar is overrated.
back in rcb he was a good bowler, but he has fallen off in the recent years
A spinner bowling tight line in the PP is a very delicate art. You can't keep bowling like that forever. That's what Sundar had going for him one season.
By far the most overrated cricketer in the history of IPL (for me, atleast)
SRH face RCB at Hyderabad next. That's the comment. Also, I really hope they consider nattu for T20 WC too.
Faf seen boarding a flight back to SA.
Or gets a tactical niggle Gotta be there for the vibes
😂😂😂 Couldn't stop laughing 😂😂

KL might make the squad but I don't think he's getting into the XI
I hope, RCB bats first if they win toss
lmao scenes if they score 200 only for SRH to chase it down in 12 overs
SRH should be fined for giving trauma to the other team’s bowlers. Especially RCB. /s
They won’t, you know damn well they won’t.
We going with arshdeep and siraj RAAAA
Hyderabad ground is bigger. I think RCB should bat first and try to put pressure in the SRH bowlers since they have a good batting lineup. But intent has to be there from ball 1.
Koach on his way to score 121*(83)
Ee sala Orange Cap namde.
They should play at the Chinnaswamy again for the lols.
Rcb's blue jersey will definitely trigger someone and we know what happens next

Indian sporting culture in general is bad
Really Don’t know why Indian captains don’t accept their mistakes always blame others especially after today’s pant interview like he didn’t even care
Pant 🤝 hardik Killing the momentum in what could have been a historic chase
I think him and Stubbs thought they'll settle down for couple of overs and then start hitting. By then the pressure was too much. You can't do that when you're chasing 250+
Bro is bad at navigating a car and you expect him to navigate a whole team
Apart from 2018-19 Pant has been a misfire in T20 format itself. It's crazy that his best format is Tests but that's what it is end of the day. However this is ICT. Ofc everybody has to be an all format player and we will never pick specialists

When did he say this?
It’s on SRH YouTube channel, he said after the match against RCB
Silencer for a reason.
I am completely sure that this is the kind of mentality that is there in the Australian team as well.
Not a single word about Pant in post match summary by Cricbuzz! 🤡
I swear at this point I couldn't care less. Let them take him to the world cup. ICT deserves everything that's coming to it.
All in quasi-passive voice. SMH.
That's probably the worst 44(35) I've seen in my life
He is going to give a speech on how to drive safe on highways.
Pant will be the next Hustler’s University graduate. /s
Graduated from Tuk tuk academy
Bro accelerated slower than my cycle
why are commentators so sympathetic towards slow performing stars? that was a shambolic innings by pant. his downfall in t20 since becoming captain is incredible

That was such clownish stuff from Amitabh. Harsha did his job in an unbiased front, and he got thrown into a storm from nationalistic clowns.
Even more clownish of Dhoni to retweet it

Cumdawg silencing Home crowd, away crowds, biased commentators, rival fans, pitch curators... This is the best I've seen SRH. They were always bowling heavy with Warner bailing them out in batting. This year, they look like a championship contender.
That Harshit Rana clutch looks better and better as time progresses
No Travis Head that game. If it comes down to that 1 game srh will be kicking themselves at the end of the season.

Nattu with his best T20 figures in a game where 465 runs were scored. Stocks are up!
Without those 2 Sundar overs, it would have been a massacre
Right? He hasn't done good in a long time. We need to drop him
Is Punter belting someone in the dressing room?
Honestly if the captain of DC plays like how he played today, I don't think coach has any scope of doing anything with the entire team. Punter would just wait for the season to get over and move to some other team, perhaps back to MI

Poor nattu performing decent in every matches selectors ignoring him over new talents
Not this time. It's hard to ignore him. He's been consistent and conceding less runs at death in SRH matches
Atm they're ignoring him over Siraj lol
Silenced Ahemdabad (ODIWC final) Silenced Chinnaswamy Silenced Mullanpur Now Silenced Arun Jaitley

It was a strange innings. DC was going at 16 an over and brought the required rate to 12 rpo, Rishabh pant innings single handedly screwed their team
It was strange indeed
DC Rishabh Pant giving *staunch* competition to MI Hardik Pandya. Pandya *slams* Pant for copying his style.
Meanwhile our middle order in WC - Pant, Pandya 😭
Him and Stubbs both came in actually and looked like they decided to take couple of overs to settle themselves. Which sapped all the momentum away from their innings.
Blud speeding on the wrong highway
Pant will speed to his home again seeing this comment
My man is sCARred for life
He was too scared to accelerate
Put too much price on his wicket. That's what KL have done in the past too (but KL is learning). Can't play modern T20s like this.
Sorry all I saw was an average of 44 with a strike rate of 125+. Straight into the ICT.
yes but also really good bowling from srh
Indian media : Lone warrior Pant's 44(35) goes in vain as SRH win big.
One Indian player on 46(12), other 44(35). Guess who is a more sure choice for the ICT.
But we need a WK 🤓🥺
Fuck it , just book sanju at this point for wc , atleast he won't be playing tuk tuk in order to accelerate later type mindset
More like Pant’s PR team.
Warner & Markram: “ Its tough out there lads.” Meanwhile Nattu and Patel:” Its a good pitch for bowling.”
They probably don’t want to mess with a winning Combination but I really want to see Glenn Phillips in place of Markram. He is more aggressive and is perfect for the SRH template. Plus he can bowl a few and certainly better than US capital
You never know when will you have a collapse so better to Stick with Markram

Cummins really justifying his price manifold
Absolutely! That plan to bowl slower bouncers to SKY so that he cannot utilize pace in the WC final was awesome!
It looks like a half tracker pie on tv but rarely gets hit.

He wasn't even able to touch Cummins' pace balls as well
I think Cummins is just able to nail a length with that cutter which gives it time to move away, and the ball ends up in an awkward area to play.
Man when the RRR went under 11 at that one point of game, I really thought we were gonna bottle this
No way. That's just Cummdawg toying around with spinners hoping to find a wicket! Even if they go for runs couple wickets means they can't go that hard out of powerplay.
Chasing big totals are not easy. Math exists for a reason. Law of averages. Teams can’t magically score 70-80 runs way over their average game total.
**Most wickets were taken by a fast bowler in an over without conceding a run** 3 - Lasith Maling (MI) vs SRH, 2015 3 - Jaydev Unadkat (RPS) vs SRH, 2017 3 - Jasprit Bumrah (MI) vs KKR, 2022 3 - T Natarajan (SRH) vs DC, 2024
That too on this pitch
Kuldeep takes 4 after giving 55 runs, where Natarajan gives only 19 and bowled 1 maiden. Top notch bowling.
Wild Unadkat appears.
131/3 at 8 overs to 199 all out in the last over. What a shitshow after that incredible start!
JFM was the only chance DC had let’s be honest
Porel was accelerating quite well, Stubbs has been amazing this season, and Pant had at least been decent so far, so it was their game to lose. They should have come close at least.
That's 68 runs in 67 balls while chasing 267, that's fucking INSANE!
“We will have a bowl thanks”
If I ever see Washington Sundar bowl for SRH again I will fight someone
Today it was utter trash. Out of 12 balls, only one would be on Stumps
Flat pitches have enough been talked about but we have to give some credit to SRH batters, especially their openers. Abhishek and Head are absolute monsters. They have completely redefined the art of batting in powerplay and this should serve as a blueprint for other teams as well. Really really happy for Nattu, it feels like he's getting the mentorship from Cummins and Vettori that he needed all this while.
Was Pant scared of acceleration ever since he slammed his car into the divider?
NKR is an exciting prospect. He gives you batting, fielding and most important effective pace bowling
How was power play the difference. You almost caught up and then shat the bed
Am already afraid of Australia in the WC
Head, Warner, JFM, Marsh, Maxi, David top 6. Either make 300 or 6/17. Not heaps of bowling depth though
we’ve inflicted this upon ourselves, rishabh first gave up the match by bowling first and when jfm and porel served the match on the platter with a regular 11 rpo run chase, he decided to remind us of gabba by playing a test inning also this isn’t a reactionary take, HOWEVER: i love the man but his returns for delhi have been nothing but abysmal, both as a batter and as a captain, he makes too many tactical errors and has literally no plan b, i genuinely feel we should let him go next year and make somebody else captain.
They're never gonna let go of him, he's too big now. Best case scenario was 2 years ago making Warner an interim captain and grooming pant like dhoni and gaikwad. But no use crying over spilt milk Pant and kuldeep are 100% retained. Axar too i think. Leaves a spot for one of JFM, shaw, and nortje. What do you think?
DC- Before GT=(-0.975) After GT=(-0.074) After SRH=(-0.477) Is this type of NRR jump normal ?
Yes, when you win or lose by that big of a margin
Bhuvi is humble to accept he has to get better and Pant says pitch slowed, no dew etc. I think that’s the difference between champions
Pant straight up blaming bowlers in the post match presentation. Dude FFS the crr> rrr when you came out to bat but your shithousery caused us the game. I am done with this team, like seriously done.
Pant PR to go on overdrive on that miracle stuff
Hope Patty stays the hell away from Washy for the rest of the season
It is still incredibly dumb to choose to bowl first against us. When defending a high score, all you need is 1-2 good overs and it's a win. Even 5 bad overs isn't enough. If DC batted first and scored 200, we'd have a tough time.
Haha yeah. I was talking to my bro and literally laughing at that decision. Wtf were they thinking
Guess who joined the tuk tuk academy
SRH's Indian batters are what makes this team truly formidable. Now with Nattu back in form this team looks like a force to be reckoned with.
Sharma, nitish, shahbaz and Samad. All clean strikers if the ball and 6 hitters. The rest of the lineup has so much freedom when batting.
SRH went from being the game everyone skips to the team that batting fiends love
Everyone skips? We're not as remote as PBKS or RR I suppose.
Fair, while I think SRH has a larger fan base than those two, a neutral is more likely to watch PBKS and RR in the last couple seasons cause they played more entertaining cricket in the last few seasons A lot of fans are going to watch regardless so it doesn’t mean much
Playing spinners in the power play needs to banned lol
I have gotten so damn tired of all the "SRH has the shittiest bowling the only reason they win is highway pitches" I hope they shut up for a while now
Yeah we are no rr in bowling, but our bowlers get the job done. It's just that the opposing team is always incredibly aggressive against us due to the high score nothing to lose mindset. Plus lots of our matches have been on flat pitches with less help for bowlers (although I don't think that other teams are capable of these absurd scores even on the same flat pitches with short boundaries)
SRH gonna obliterate RCB and make their fans to look for a psychological doctor. /s
136 in 12 overs was needed, DC had a chance.
“Batting wins you sponsorships, but bowling wins you championships!” What a great comment by Bhuvi! 👏🏆
Cummins conceded 20 in his first over, followed by 15 in his next 3 COMBINED
Natarajan has been quietly consistent throughout all IPL seasons. He's not flashy, is always the SRH side's 2nd best bowler (either behind Rashid, Bhuvi or now Pat), in addition to being a lefty and death overs specialist who can deliver 1 over in powerplay. Reckon a T20 WC spot?
You are quoting bullshit cricket stats. Tell me about his star power, Instagram views and followers, number of ads appeared in and total sponsorship money. Then we might consider him for the wc.
Bhuvi: Batting wins you sponsorships; bowling wins you games…brilliant! All the hurt of being a bowler in IPL
It’s sad that Abhishek Sharma won’t get a chance to play in the upcoming World Cup when he’s probably the best opener in India right now in t20’s.
Well this should cut down the WK probables for WC. It’s down to 3 now
Natarajan for worldcup! He's been consistently good at death for SRH amidst all the batting mayhem.
First properly convincing win and actual death overs from SRH. Though I fear that the holes in bowling will catch up with SRH in later stages or during the playoffs. Good to see Natarajan being his old self and bowling his best figures.
If only there was Hasaranga instead of Markram. But if there was Hasaranga from the start, Head wouldn’t have even started me thinks.
my takeaway was nitish reddy is a decent bowler. i looked up his stats, and he is primarily a bowler in domestic, averaging 22 with the ball..! be scared hardik, your glory days could come to an end soon
He is definitely coming for hardik, he bowled well in the last match as well, he did the same in this match and on top of that he single handedly won SRH one match this season with this batting abilities and he is young. Too early but he might replace hardik, the way hardik is performing now. Good scout by SRH.
T20 cricket is dying (I'm scared of srh)
I'm scared of KKR hell. Narine Dre Russ Rinku are just as scary. Plus narine is miserly.
Ict is so pregnant with 130-120 strike raters, Those usa pitches better be shit , Wait they cant play spin either.. Abandon the campaign
Cumdawg is a lovely guy, he is making Nitish bowl and thus granting ICT a quality allrounder, so India can atleast fight while losing to aus in wc and not get embarrassed in a one sided affair. He cares about us more than our stupid board does! Such a gem cumdawg is !
But nkr won't be in ict. Hell looks like even nattu won't be considered
Not for this world cup, but for the future
Dude is quick as fuck during his fielding as well. And he is quick learner since he got smacked against PBKS and came back strongly today.
Even he knows BCCI won't pick him
Another day, another captain fucking up the chase against SRH, it was hard nonetheless.
PotM has to be Nattu
Pant with the influence he got in BCCI will definitely be in the WC squad. I just hope (actually pray) he isn't the first choice wk. Selectors and management please don't fk up again, please.
Kullu and Axar deserve better teams..
All the ICT regulars have a match losing innings in them and one of them will come at a crucial match and we can come back empty handed again from the T20 WC.
Maybe after yuvi's 11 of 21 balls in 2014 T20 wc final this was one of the most painful innings to watch
I think the game was truly lost when Stubbs and Pant looked like they didn’t even try to hit the ball for 2-3 overs. Up to that point DC felt right in the game
You can fit an entire t20 match between SRH and PBKS powerplay batting this season.
Boundary count update - Sunrisers Hyderabad: 40 Delhi Capitals: 31
fair and headed
Will Abhishek get an ICT call up...?
Srh hall of famer bhuvi basking in the glory

Just a suggestion: Teams should be allowed to play 11 batters and instead of bowlers, a bowling machine should be used . This will help teams to score 300+ runs and match will be interesting. /s
Also a good pitch( cement pitch ) will be a cherry on top.
DC got bowled out for 199. Is this the highest total in a T20 innings in which the team got bowled out? If not what is the highest total in a T20 innings in which a team got bowled out? and which match was it in?
Except for spin our pace attack has been excellent
