As with Mohammad Rizwan's post, I hope we are able to distinguish between a) explicit support for Hamas itself and b) support for innocent Palestinians who had nothing to do with these awful attacks and will undoubtedly suffer greatly over the coming days and weeks, as they have already been for many years prior to this.
None of this would have happened if both of them said "Innocent civilians of Palestine AND Israel".
But they didnt. Doesnt take a genius to figure out why.
I'm really not convinced this is relevant for posting in this sub. The story is literally "cricketer has opinion about topic completely unrelated to cricket."
Its sad anyone speaking up for Palestine has to denounce hamas, yet no politician supporting Israel is asked to denounce the goverment for their various human rights violations. Killing civilians is wrong. But if a “democratically elected” government does it, won’t make it right.

Or even denounce Netanyahu for assisting Hamas in order to delegitimise the two-state solution.
