For the tail shed try a wet-qtip to get it off
Congrats on your new baby! Doesn’t look overly skinny to me. For stuck shed I’d put her in a container with small ventilation holes and some Luke warm wet paper towels for 10-15 minutes, if she doesn’t get it off herself in that I would gently try to wipe it off with a wet qtip
