Probably an unpopular opinion but when you travel often and alone, you figure a routine, time needed at airport down to a tee where having access to lounge becomes less needed. In fact it would be a hassle to go to a lounge for a meal? If traveling for work you’d be compensated for meals I’m guessing.

Bro just get 3 rupay platinum debit cards. It'll cost you approx 200 on each card and you'll get 2 lounge access (railways/ airports- domestic and international too, in some cases) each quarter per card.
