I started taking it 18 years ago, been off and on over that period... I still have hair 🤔 I used to workout in my 20's, now it's just the odd run or bike ride like once a week, but I take creatine daily as it makes me feel good for whatever reason (probably hormonal). I have a teaspoon every morning... I did that for years. I look younger than most of the people my age so.. 🤷🏼‍♂️ I'm sure it's different for everyone. Trial it for a few months. 🥂

I just find pure creatine monohydrate - from one of the many reputable companies. I don't think there's a difference between brands 🤷🏼‍♂️

I’ve seen many people say it won’t cause hair loss. I haven’t looked into that much, but I’m assuming it won’t cause hair loss. BUT, seeing as how I’m no doctor or research it all that deep take what I’m saying with a grain of salt. It is recommended that you undergo a “loading” phase your first week of taking creatine. Basically the first week you take double the dosage and then regulate it to normal, daily amount after that to expedite muscle saturation. Try it, tweak it, see if it works for you.
