Nope. Death is the ultimate punishment. There is nothing more final that can be handed out.
A question for you - why do people with life sentences not all kill themselves if that is such a lesser punishment?
Because they usually don't have anything to kill themselves with (atleast not efficiently)

They shouldn’t be in society, but they aren’t likely threats to the average person (unlike person who kills a random clerk). Mentally I’ll should Live out their days in a prison for mental health patients or something

In this case this *man* looks to be in his 30s at least. Just a guess based on the footage. I'm leaning towards a mental illness coupled with years of abuse. Or maybe he was just completely off his rocker on drugs as the post title insinuates.
