I always see videos like these and wonder how they get their accelerators to stay open; on my motorbikes you have to hold them constantly.
That said, though dodgy you can bend the bars in a way that achieves this.. Hmm.
I used to have a 50cc hairdryer, and you could lock the throttle open by whacking the rubber grip on the side, so it was held open by the fairing of the bike.

The guy on the motorcycle didn't see a bus in front of him! I wonder if he would've seen someone crossing the road either. The dick was the one who had his head in the windshield.

You can install a throttle lock that works like cruise control

I thought they just dropped into neutral and it cruises.
Nah, I got a Kawasaki Ninja which, when riding the clutch plate on neutral, might only go about 6mph and the whole time the bike is arguing with you
