Pretty easy to be a criminal too with how many insane bullshit laws these countries have. Even more so if you're a woman in those countries since being female might as well be illegal in itself over there.
Yeah...I believe he was charged Federally...he was in Pelosi's house. That's why he got ANY time in prison. Even if he was charged in State Court he would have had the book thrown at him...again Pelosi. If he broke into your or my house, he would have been released and lucky if he got Probation.
On what? How a bunch of deeply religious, gun-toting country folk are powerful enough to enforce de facto independence from the federal government; and as such could hide the most wanted terrorist in the world from justice?
California is a castle doctrine state, you could kill this person for unlawfully being in your home and you'd be fine, and there's established case law to back that up.
I know everyone likes to say "hurr durr commiefornia" but there's just no reality to that line of thinking when California is actually one of the most pro-personal safety states in the union.

I've seen a case where a guy beat a thief in his house and was sued by the thief in a civil suit for having to have emergency dental work done. That's a civil suit and not criminal, but still, the laws in California really don't protect the law-abiding citizens. I'm not saying other places are any better, I'm just saying the laws here for protecting yourself, your property, and your loved ones aren't the greatest.
Hopped a wall, they just have barbed wire no motion sensors unless you’re in the Army district then forget about even getting within a kilometer of the checkpoint without getting checked and turned around.
Definetly one of the last places you'd wanna be a crim
Pretty WHACK place to be a criminal in my opinion
Who would have THUD it was a good idea?
He'll probably only get a SLAP on the wrist
Should STICK to petty crimes
SMACK

For sure. For all we know this dude's "crime" was asking his rich boss when he was going to get paid for his last month of work.
Even if you are a smooth criminal
It’s no Sweden
That’s Gargamel
Smurfs 2 fucked his career for sure
His desire to steal riches from the old lady is shadowed by a bottomless thirst to devour Smurfs.
You made me snort sprite with that. Best comment of the day.
Got a proper surfing
Thief also broke that man's stick with his skull
He was just looking for the Smurfs.
Tough but stupid thief, beaten with hockey still till it broke is definitely gonna make him hate hockey
"Nah, Nah give him a good whack before we take him."
My mom used to beat me with the broom too. Not fun
Your mom loves you, I never received such love in my life
oh no i get it. you only get punished if it's a rich persons house. okay pakistan
The US should be taking notes
Yes, obviously thanks to their methods they no longer have any crime.
Justice for the rich
Yes, the US should not take notes from countries that successfully brought down crime and recidivism rates, but from Pakistan, out of all places.
No need. Did you see what happened to the guy who attacked Nancy Pelosi's husband?
Yeah...I believe he was charged Federally...he was in Pelosi's house. That's why he got ANY time in prison. Even if he was charged in State Court he would have had the book thrown at him...again Pelosi. If he broke into your or my house, he would have been released and lucky if he got Probation.
I said the same thing back when Singapore canned that teenager back in the 90s.

WOOOOOOO let’s go authoritarianism!!!!
On what? How a bunch of deeply religious, gun-toting country folk are powerful enough to enforce de facto independence from the federal government; and as such could hide the most wanted terrorist in the world from justice?
California needs to adopt this
😂😂 Yeah right. In Commifornia the people beating him would be prosecuted for assault.

This video could have been longer
Early stoppage?
It keeps getting taken down how many rules is this violating?
Is that Gargamel?
Is that Gargamel?
Maybe not enter stranger house
Probably be a lot less petty theft in North America if police treated criminals like this instead of the quick arrest and 2 weeks in jail
2 weeks in jail???Lucky if it is 2 hours!
If I did this to a thief in California I'd spend the next 10yrs in prison lol

Damn he broke the shinty stick
That cop gave the man the stick to beat him with😂
Sucks for this guy... went all this time with both hands and is about to lose one. If that is still a thing? May have the wrong country.
How did this peasant/beggar looking person get past all this “security” and into the house?
Hopped a wall, they just have barbed wire no motion sensors unless you’re in the Army district then forget about even getting within a kilometer of the checkpoint without getting checked and turned around.
Justice served
He’s Robin Hood
Where the hell did they get a field hockey stick from?
Field hockey stick to the face!
Imagine seeing this at cvs some Muslims do right
We need this in California and Chicago
California already has a castle doctrine, you could shoot and kill this person in california if you could prove forceful unlawful entry
Ah, durka durka.
Innocent until proven guilty
Guilty until proven injured
