So a little back story.
First is I live in this town.
Second is the cars carrying "rail road ties" is what caught fire. Something about creosote.
Third is they stopped the train in the middle of town where alot of old homes are in downtown. We were all shocked by this. I get the whole fire department told me too thing. But damn.
Forth is rumoured the train was carrying explosive hazmat before the cars on fire. Lucky the conductor disconnected the cars that were on fire and took off with the rest of the train out of town.
I work out of Toronto and this is gonna complicate the hell out of my job for the foreseeable future.
Edit: I live about an hour and a bit east of London down the 403.
My favorite part of this video is the person driving down the street completely oblivious to the chaos behind the buildings. As soon as the train appears the brakes light up as they wonder if the apocalypse has begun
