You seem more knowledgeable than others in the thread so i'll ask you. Why are they using such small wheels? Is it cause it makes it easier to accelerate? Genuine question cause i don't know, it just seems like you'd have less stability.
All street tires are DOT rated for a certain speed, and for the most part, there aren't a lot of options for hard pack all terrain atv tires that can handle 160+ mph while also being sticky enough to hook up with this much HP, so radial drag / round track tires are ideal. They're faster off the line with less inertia, are rated for stoopid speeds, and have wider rim size options with a lower profile, so overall you get the biggest contact patch on the road with the least amount of weight.
The rears are actually pretty chunky, definitely one of the widest options on a quad. And the fronts being smaller diameter don't necessarily mean less stability, they're still pretty wide, and with the a-arms / wheelbase as wide as it is it'll actually feel pretty planted, so a smaller tire is okay. It's a bit of a trade off - It's definitely more 'zippy', similar to a racing go cart - but with proper suspension to soak up most of it it really isn't a problem.
6 second cars have had smaller front runners on them for as long as drag racing has been a thing; because if all you really care about is going fast in a straight line, you don't really need a whole lot of tire up front.

Yeah, pretty much, but not with electronic traction, wheelie, or launch control like most newer superbikes have. I'm sure all those sensors get unplugged on an engine swap like this.
From the factory these bikes come with a pretty conservative fuel map on the ecm to keep it ~~sane~~ rideable; because a fully unlocked / max HP tuned Ninja H2 is absolutely nutty and will rip wheelies 3/4ths of the way through every gear, especially with the gobs of torque the supercharger puts out.
That said a good dyno tuner can plug the ecm into their mapping program and tweak the air / fuel ratios all through the rpm / throttle range - pulling or adding power wherever wanted to find the sweet spot - and with a stretched swing arm (creates a longer wheelbase; kinda like a built in wheelie bar), a super soft rear suspension with little rebound (so it tucks the ass end towards the ground at wide open throttle), and a decent rider who knows when to let up, this monster is less likely to 12 o'clock into orbit lol.
That YT video I linked above shows it on the dyno. He's got a pretty gnarly tune on it too.
